The Sea Crab

When they stepped through Vincent was teleported by someone random. He was on a beach and a wide and beautiful ocean was in front of him. He stood up and breathed the fresh air and when he heard a buzz on his smartwatch a message popped up. He tapped on it and the following was displayed.

( This part of the test will acquire you to kill at least one beast and gain its beast soul, Once you have finished the task you will have to go to the teleporter in a nearby shelter )

*DING*

The next thing displayed on his watch was little green dots that meant shelters. That was not the only notification he got as his system gave him a new quest. [ New Quest ]

He was feeling a little down, "Such a cheap reward" He looked around for some beast to kill but there did not seem to be none, just as he was about to leave he noticed a big blue crab rise from the ocean. Its shell had what seemed to be sea shells, both of its arms were huge which made Vincent almost jump.

He wanted to run but his saw another system notification, [ New type of beast has appeared ]

[ Rewards - 40 exp + Instant level up ]

[ Additandola Quest ]

[ Kill the sea crab and gain its beast soul ]

[ Reward - 60 exp + instant level up + 4 attribute points ]

Vincent growled, "Looks like im not going anywhere" That's when he remembered, he went to the rock and tried to remember what that handsome sport did. Surprisingly to Vincent it felt like he had practiced this skill 100 times and he was able to perform it with ease. He punched the rock and it exploded into little chunks, the debris knowing him off balance, as he fell on his butt.

'Huh what does 1 percent mean?' He opened his system and looked at the right panel which showed his body and ironically the place where his bum was showed 99%, 'Ohhh so that's how it works?' he was happy but a little confused, 'This is way different from a normal rpg system, there should be a health bar but instead…. I get this'

He shrugged it off, "It's time i focus on this big guy." Vincent crawled on the sand sneaking behind the distracted sea crab. The Sea crab was busy soaking in the sunlight, its body gleaned more beautifully and Vincent could have sworn it was getting bigger. After a while of slowly crawling he was able to make it behind the beast, He raised his hands and performed the Undead Fist as he slammed it against the crab a huge boom was heard and when he opened his eyes his fist on top of a shell which only had a little crack.

The crab turned around furiously looking to find who would dare attack it, he looked towards the frozen Vincent and raised one of his hands, immediately the ocean began to rise into condensed water balls and they all aimed towards Vincent, 1 word ran through his mind…. 'RUN' He did not look back he ran, behind him water balls crashed making a small sandstorm obscuring his vision. Unfortunately 1 of the water balls hit Vincent launching him 3 feet forward.

Vincent was knocked into a cave as he weakly stood up, 'That was reckless' His body hurt from all over during the run he twisted his legs and broke some bones in his arm from the fall. He wanted to go back and try to kill it but he realized that right now he was weak, 'I'll come back for you mark my words' Inside the cave he laid down to gain some rest.
