'That reminds me what was that all about with the flame resicnetace' Vicnet began to replay the event where he was almost burned, he had gained a new skill [ Flame resistance ] He held his chin, 'Does that mean whatever i experience i will gain a skill?' When he thought deeper into the huge fire he was feeling weird, 'Wait if this is like one of those VR games how come in all my fights i've never taken down any health point?'

He pulled up his system.

'Yep no stat points' Adin who was sitting right next to him nudged him on the shoulder, "You look serious, finally have a plan?" Vicnet snapped out of his gaze and shook his head, "That last fight was close, the fireball really caught me off guard" Adin nodded, "And those abilities those people had, you know the one with ink" Vincent nodded.

"I've heard of that ability before, It allows the user to draw whatever they want and it will come to life" He paused and spoke again, "Well not whatever, it depends on how much A genes you have, But anyways that ink ability is from a noble family… But it seemed weaker than it's supposed to be" Vicnet shrugged, "They could be a lower branch family" Adin shrugged. Probably he stood up and stretched his arms, "So what is the plan? We book it here or we look for other people to eliminate?" Vincent thought and pulled out his system, although the rewards were good he did not think the other opponents would let him bite their hands so easily.

He looked at Adin and said one word, "We book it".

In an oval table 7 adults in red sat down as they watched a spinning blue orb. One of them had shaved buzz cut and laughed wholeheartedly, "Look at that, 2 people without an ability were able to be the first to eliminate a group!" A girl sat beside him, she had purple hair and had some roses inside them, "You barbrain, Did you not see the way he fought? With his mouth" He held her mouth like she was trying not to barf, "He's an animal, does he really think biting a trero-bles ill work?"

One person sat at the end of the oval table, his face was hidden so you could not see how exactly he looked like, he kept tapping his desk, "That sword, i reckon it's a A class beast soul" Hearing this all the generals opened there eyes wide, "How could a child like that be holding such a great beast soul!?" Another soldier in red hat round glasses, he pulled it off and wiped it to make sure there was no dirt, "Orb pull up data of that child"

A hint of shock appeared on his face, "O. he's a mysterious one…. We might have to keep an eye on him" The camera zoomed in on Adin. Adin looked straight at the camera making the adults in red pause. Vincent looked in the direction where Adin was looking but only saw an owl, "You hungry?" Adin broke his gaze and shook his head, "Nah just admiring the bird."

Vincent was about to speak when he heard a rustle in the bushes, He stood up and got in an awkward stance, A orange haired girl walked out he raised her hands a spear out of light appeared. She pointed towards Vincent and said two words, "GET HIM" then suddenly 15 teens came rushing out each activating their ability.

One of the teens' bodies exploded in bursts of water and then he was gone. Vincent wanted to fight but he did not risk their elimination because of some quest, "RUN!' Adin heard him loud and clear and the 2 began to run. One of the 15 teens jumped in the sky and began to fly, he flexed above Vicent and Adin for a few minutes before landing right in front of them.

Vicnet and Adin tried to run back but were then met with a wall of earth, They were surrounded. Sam footsteps could be heard as she appeared on top of Vincent and Adin on earth footsteps, "Should have taken my deal…" She raised her spear ready to land a finishing blow. 'SHIT IS THIS THE END???' Vincent looked all round but nothing came to mind, he suddenly felt a hand touch him. It was Adin, "Hold on tight!" He activated the skill of his beat soul and the 2 began to fly.

Sam laughed and that's when it hit Vicnent, "The boy who burst into water… ADIN LOOKOUT" From the back of Vicnent a boy formed out of water and punched Adin in the back of his head knocking him cold. The boy burst into the water and began to fall, Vincnt grabbed Adin and the 2 of them began to fall at a rapid speed.

*SLAM*

Every part of Vincnet body hurt and a system notification rang in his head [ Pain resistance has leveled up ] [ Pain Resistance has leveled up ] He gritted his teeth, "Shut up". A giggle of a girl could be heard as Sam walked up, "aww look at him so hurt…" she pursued her lips, "If only you had chosen to work for me…" Vincent had lost all motivation, 'So this is how I fail…? And to think I had a chance…' That's when another system notification came up. [ New quest unlocked ]

Vincent chuckled, "Always giving it at the wrong time…" Meanwhile Sam was confused, what she saw was Vicnent slowly standing up complaining about "wrong time". 'He's delusion. He still wants to fight in that condition. Vincent's body was vibrating, his body shook and shook just like the deadened his senses increased by 10 folds. He heard battle from long distances, screaming, running.

His adrenaline was at its peak and without command he just suddenly dashed towards Sam, She yelled, "Barbie" as she thrusted her spear st Vincent, But same thing seemed to happen like his fight with Ashton, The spear was so…. Slow. He moved his body to the left and dodged it effortlessly as he raised his fist smashing it against Sam's face. She flew 2 feets back crashing against a tree, She looked up as blood trickled down her nose.

She screamed at the 15 teens standing by, "WHAT ARE YOU DOING! BRING HIM HIS HEAD!" The teens did not hesitate as one by one they ran to fight Vincent. But none of their attacks really worked, Vincent would dodge each and everyone, one of them striking them at the back of the neck knocking them cold.

But Vincent was not focused on the fact that he looked straight at the bewildered Sam, Step by Step he walked until he was completely in front of her staring down at her. All I could see was 2 cold black eyes staring down on her… no…. Looking down at her, She could not stand it "DIE!" He lifted a hand and shot a light beam. Vincent blocked it with his hands, "IMPOSSIBLE" he turned on her belly trying to weakly crawl away.

Vincent spoke, "Vincent reed, Remember the name" and with his hands he knocked her out, he fell to the ground and passed out.
