The Twisted Fantasy

Throughout life, we have long heard of stories of monsters, Fae, demons, spirits, and varying beasts from lore. Dahlia had always been intrigued by them all. After the company succeeds in sending her to another world. She can finally let her fantasy unfold, most passionately of course. Fuzzy, scaly, sharp, magical, beautiful creatures. One by one she will add them to her list and document their very fascinating biology. At least from her very professional opinion and "experience".

Survival of the fittest

Her back took the most of the impact as she fell from the web. It took the wind out of her and she spent about a minute just gasping for air. Her lungs weren't expanding enough for her to take a full breath and she was panting just to keep oxygen in her body.

When the adrenaline she had gotten from the fall had died down. She was finally able to expand her lungs to full capacity and let out a loud scream from the pain. She was able to move comfortably now, so maybe the venom wore off or the adrenaline overpowered it. Her back was the only real part of her in pain.

She had landed on a fully grown bush so the most of the pain came from the branches from inside it. But for the most part it was awfully soft, she would likely have a bad bruise but not a significant amount of damage. She panted and sat up.

"Fuck..." she said. She could still feel the spider semen inside her. Making her feel bloated entirely ,it was disgusting.

She clenched together her stomach muscles and forced out most of the sperm. Due to the short length of the spiders pedipalps, it was more of a cream pie than anything. Easily slipping out of her vaginal canal, dripping down past her asshole and then down the back of her thighs.

She wondered for a moment what happened in the web. There was a wave of motion that sent a movement strong enough to break most of the web. But what was it? Was there giant birds here or something.

From where she stood she wasn't able to see anything. Her foolish mortal curiosity sent her wandering closer to the direction the spider came from. Alot of dead carcasses had fallen along with her, looking almost mummified, drained of fluid, and rotten.

From farther ahead of her she could heard a crackling noise. She stood still and listened closer, no. It was crackling, it was the chipping of wood, bit by bit at least that's what she theorized.

She heard another suspicious sound and she wasn't at all sure of what it could be. It was loud, almost like a boom, and then she could hear creaking and rustling of branches.

"Oh shit!" she said running out of the way as a tree fell and took out much of the web with it, causing whatever webbing that held on to it, to hang at a slant. She managed to avoid the tree thank goodness and only got minor scrapes from twigs that went flying at her, mostly on her legs like little cat scratches.

When the dust on the ground from the dirt had cleared out she rubbed her eyes and carefully approached the tree.

"What in the hell." she said in shock. She coughed a bit breathing in the dusty air and put a hand over her mouth to try and filter it out. This tree didn't fall naturally there was no way, the tree was still very much alive and the inner trunk was moist. It wasn't cut down by anything either, it almost looked like it had been snapped like a twig, but not from one particular angle. It was clean, what creature couldve been powerful enough to do that?

"A giant? No giants never lived in forest like this, mountains no? Or was that cyclops?" she thought out loud to herself as she stared at the tree trunk.

"It's big, and strong. A giant woodpecker!" she laughed at herself.

"No that'd be stupid." she smiled and touched the tree trunk, feeling the large and wide vertical stripes of bark.

"Ouch!" she flinched and pulled her hand away. Her ring finger had been poked by something sharp.

She stood up and kneeled against the tree searching for the mystery object. The trunk coloration was so dark and the foggy area was no better at helping her see. She reached into her breast pocket and pulled out the lighter, opening it up and pressing the button to reveal a high pressured flame.

"Woah!" she smiled in awe grabbing what looked like a scale of some kind. It was a tear drop shape, mostly black with a blue highlight, white toward the edges and red at the very tip.

"A snake?" she questioned.

"Ohhh.... That's a big snake..." she said looking at the scale. It was the length of her palm, six inches total.

From above the spider fell down next to her. Three of its legs were missing and it had trouble moving away. It paid not attention to her, she didn't matter, prey or otherwise. A threat had entered his hunting ground.

More wood creaking she could hear and from a tree about four meters to her right a blur passed by her. Tackling the spider to the ground and a leg went flying infront if her face, wiggling alone on the ground.

She jumped back and looked to her left to see that she was indeed correct. A giant snake, she couldn't tell how long it was with it attacking the spider. But it seemed heavy with every thud it made against the ground.

"Shiboru!!! We had a deal!" yelled the spider.

"Well you broke your end of the bargain. Ha ha, you been snatching up my prey!" growled the snake and in a swift movement began to wrap itself around the spiders abdomen.

"I've been starving! You've been creeping the edges of my turf and stealing all my prey, so now our deal ends." he said, in a quick wrap around the spider and a tug, the abdomen of the spider had fallen clean off.

So that's how the tree broke! That same method. The amount of strength needed to break a tree let alone quickly sever a monsters body, with nothing more than a tail, it was very impressive.

"Gyah!!!!" the spider squirmed and shouted as the snake began entirely devouring him. From where she sat by, she didn't get to see the juicy details, she couldn't see much if anything. She could just hear the sounds of a fading scream. And soon there had been nothing but silence.

She was very still and barely moved as she could hear the shuffle of dirt. She closed the lighter with a click and heard the dirt stop moving.

She didn't need to see at all. She could feel the eyes watching her.

So glad the spider chapter is over. I apologize for rushing it but i got writer's block to keep it going and I ended it quick. Hopefully the oncoming chapters will be more likeable.
