The Twisted Fantasy

Throughout life, we have long heard of stories of monsters, Fae, demons, spirits, and varying beasts from lore. Dahlia had always been intrigued by them all. After the company succeeds in sending her to another world. She can finally let her fantasy unfold, most passionately of course. Fuzzy, scaly, sharp, magical, beautiful creatures. One by one she will add them to her list and document their very fascinating biology. At least from her very professional opinion and "experience".

A huge comparison

Dahlia enjoyed her time with Sanaxxes.

They spent alot of time speaking on matters relating to art. His perspective of art and his own artistic talents were primative but still very fascinating.

He had a method of bleaching dark leather with his urine. He could turn peachy skins into white. It seemed like an insane concept but she had guessed it was similar to a woman's bleaching. The acidic PH of a woman, can cause bleaching in her underwear. Perhaps it was something like that.

He also showed her how he dyed and made colorful garments by crushing plants into a paste with a bit of water and painting fabrics til they stained.

"Do you profit off these?" She had asked him, most curious on his purpose of having so many skins, bleached, painted and dyed. Was there a method of currency here? Does that mean civilization existed and was possible.

He looked at her and tilted his head.

" Profit? As in? What I gain by doing this?"

"Yes exactly!" she said staring at him with wide eyes of anticipation. It was an awkward moment of silence as he thought about it.

"Well we trade... So I suppose it's a kind of profit. I usually trade my garments for medicines, or more bowls, or even dried flowers so I can have access to more dye." he said looking at his camp.

He had clearly been here awhile. He had four racks made of logs, each rack contained two shelves of twigs. Two racks were close to a tent and they were adorned by leathers and skins, the first rack which was closest to the tent had fresh leather that was being bleached. The second rack had leathers and skinned that were painted and dyed.

The other two tacks contained plants, one rack was clearly for food, and the other was holding plants he would later use for dyeing.

He even had a tent built of sew leather and fur. And inside was a fur bedded area. His horse body contained thin fur on his body and thicker fur on his legs. Perhaps he got cold at night. The valley didn't have much trees so the wind wouldnt be stopped by anything.

"So you seem to have some kind of trade system then. Is there a meeting place. Like a village or something to gather and trade?"

She asked as she looked at him. Her hands were busy sewing some leather together. It was white and bleached and small. It peaked her curiousity to think about its purpose but she was more intrigued by the answer he would give her.

" No. We're pretty neighbourly. I usually think about what I'm wanting. Then I'll go pay whoever I know supplies what I want a visit. If I was looking for bright colored flowers. I may go seek out the fairies. They fly very quickly and like to gather flowers so I'll usually trade them some beads I make out of rocks, or small leather, or occasionally the fairy queen will ask me to make her an outfit. But if I wanted medicine. I would seek out the elf." he said as his eyes stayed focused on his craft.

" I see...." she hums in thought. There were so many questions she had for him. Which one should she ask first. For trading to be common. Means they have an understanding and a craving for material values. But that also means that Sannaxes was knowledgeable of people with this same intelligence.

"Would.... Would you be able to take me to see them?"she asked.

" You wish to see them? Why? You don't look like you have anything of value."he said coldly and honestly.

This honestly hurt her heart to be so useless. In her world her job came with much responsibility. She was very useful there but here. She couldn't even do something as similar as trade.

"You said there was a fairy queen. And she likes when you make her clothing correct? I have an idea. I can give her my shirt!" she was proud that it would be an effective item. As this style didn't exist here, it was made from cotton fiber and sewn with thread. Despite having an unusual random green button. It was a nice shirt despite being a bit torn and dirty from her activity here.

"I don't think she would be particularly interested in your shirt. She prefers a leather skirt with shell embroidery. And likes a top of carefully crafted stones. And a water weaven shall." he said as he lifted the thing he's been working on.

"Here. Its done." he said holding it out to her. It was a small leather skirt.

"Wha... This hole time you were making that for me? Thank you. Really. You have no idea how much I appreciate it!"she said as she takes it from him and puts it on. It felt good to have coverage. It was definitely thick and would likely make her very hot. But it was somewhat breathable and tightly fitting.

" The fairy queen is quite a far walk from here...and I don't have much to trade at the moment." he said as she stood up on all fours and applied pressure to each of his legs in a stretch.

She couldn't help but take a moment to really admire his form.

"I could always offer myself?" she suggested.

"yourself? You mean to become a slave?"

"No... Not like that. The many encounters I've had here have often been in.... Sexual relation. So perhaps I could offer my body."she said.

" You plan to try and breed with the queen? I must say... It sounds quite.... Unlikely to be a successful trade."he said narrowing his eyes.

" you think I'm incapable of pleasing?"she asked raising an eyebrow a bit offended.

" I wouldn't know... "he said.

"then how about I show you? It could be... Say.... An exchange for the skirt." she said motioning to the leather he had provided for her.
