The Loot Mansion

We reached the boat rental at 2230, it was so dark and cold, I was scared, I just wanted to sleep.

" Let's find a warm, dry place to sleep.", I said.

We found a four cabins, which were also empty.

" I'm going to go sleep with Tyler", Sam said

" And I'm sleeping with Linda", Texas said.

" Enter and I'll sleep together.", Higson said.

" That leaves us", I said.

It wasn't a tiring day for the rest of us, but Vadar had been driving the whole day.

" It must be pretty tiring for you to drive all day.", I said.

" Not like anyone else can do it.", Vadar said, pretty annoyed.

" Maybe Linda knows how to drive, huh?", I suggested.

" We'll see that tomorrow, right now, let me sleep.", he said and turned his back to me and I also fell asleep.

I was back in that bunker. The shaking had stopped, maybe we had settled down.

" Come on, open up the hatch, we have stopped.", someone said, who wore the same robe as me, actually everyone wore the same robe as me. I wore the same robe as them?

Another guy opened up the hatch, and everyone climbed out one by one. It was just like before, a market place, but just destroyed, it was floating through space of course.

" Umm, where are we?", I asked a guy standing next to me.

" Preak did you hit your head or something? We are the Nexus 23, the planet belonging to the Zangvex Conspirators, the traitors to the motherland, we...", that man started crying as he said that. Everything started shaking.

" Preak! There is something really wonderful that you have to see!", I heard Higson.

" Ugh, why do you guys always wake me up, I always see a good dream and am interrupted.", I said.

" Just get up! The fog was cleared and we saw something amazing, you need to see this!", Higson said excitedly.

" Okay, okay!", I said as I got up and walked with Higson outside the Cabin.

It was early morning and it was so cold I grabbed two jackets. I could see Linda, Vadar, and Texas standing at the edge looking at the sea.

" Hey.", I said. Then I looked at the sea too, I saw an island, a huge house on it, it was the Loot Mansion, where the movie The Loot was being shot.

" So, are we going there?", Higson asked, excitedly.

" Hell yeah!", Vadar said." But I'm pretty sure you need permission for Mr. Leader, Sam.", Texas said.

" Screw him, let's find a boat and get out of here.", I joked.

" Umm, do you really think we should leave them here?", Linda asked. " He is obviously joking, let's go wake up Sam.", Vadar said.

We went to the cabins and woke up Sam.

" No! Absolutely no! We can't waste time, we should try and find a network and dig up some information in the dark web.", Sam said, with a bossy attitude.

" Sam, if you don't wanna come you're on your own till we get back, okay?", I said.

" Huh! Alone?! Come on guys why are you standing around for pack your bags, we are going to the Loot Mansion.", Sam said.

" One sentence is all it took.", Texas said.

We packed our bags and found a large enough boat to house 7 people and a dog. We started at 0800.

We steered through the sea and reached the Loot Mansion by 0930 without any problem.

" So, you guys think, maybe we'll find some actual loot here?", Sam asked. Everyone ignored him because he had been saying stuff that sounds like, "You're going to regret this."

Just as we arrived we saw the huge lawn and the helipad, the lawn was beautiful and the driveway was amazingly clean. We walked through the lawn to the huge door, cherishing every detail about the place.

" Dude we are actually in a place where a movie was being shot, maybe we'll meet some actors or directors here?", Higson asked.

" Isn't that the reason we came here? Or was it just to find some food and restock our supplies?", Sam asked, again with that attitude.

We knocked on the doors and waited for almost 15 minutes, but there was no answer, so we pushed the door, but it was locked.

" No way to get in so, let's go back. Come on.", Sam said.

Everyone ignored him and went either way and tried the windows. The left side window opened and we all jumped through.

It was a luxurious hall with a large chandelier in the middle and curve stairs at the back, the silver colored sofas were also matching with peach colored walls. There were two huge pillars at the side of the stairs and this view was absolutely amazing.

" Wow!", Linda exclaimed.

" Most certainly, Wow.", Higson agreed.

We all took off on our own entering different rooms. I entered the dining room, which had a long table with almost 20 seats and 20 sets of plates, forks, glasses, knifes and cloth. I took a step forward and the wood on which I'd stepped sunk in, as if it was a switch, as soon as this happened the plates, forks and the knifes all flew towards me, I ducked down just in time.

I ran back in the living screaming, "Guys this is no Loot Mansion, I was just about to die when all the cutlery flew towards me.".

" Yeah you are right, all the knifes were also flying the kitchen.", Vadar said, as he, Sam and Tyler came running out of a room.

" Guys, I think something bad has happened... ", Texas said as she looked at the door of a room.

" What? What happened?", I asked demandingly.

Texas took a step back and we saw Enter dragging a bloody body. As Enter dragged the body by latching its teeth onto the body's arm, blood from his body swept the floor, making it all red.

" Higson?!", Sam screamed.

I panicked. Sam ran over to Enter and crouched down to get near him. Enter let go and Sam flipped Higson over, we saw a large wound in his stomach, as if someone pierced it. His legs also had a long wound, as if someone slashed him. "What happened? Who did this? Where's Linda?", Sam asked.

" Linda... she... saved me, but... but that blade cut her in... in half, I... I froze, someone... slashed my legs... with a sword, then... someone... pushed a spear... into my stomach... Sam... it's getting... hard to breathe..."
