Chapter 15: Overflowing emotions & Abyss's arrival

"It looks like duty calls. I'll find out the secret later." Percy said shooting the two a wink as Zoë just put on a seductive smile as Hestia just covered her face in embarrassment. With that he left the two women and appeared in the twins room. Half the room was complete with fish and shark decorations, sheets, and plushes. The other half of the room was decorated with pictures of mountains, the sea, and dinosaurs. Seeing the themed side versus the normal kid side made Percy inwardly chuckle a little.

"So my little angels, what do you want to hear tonight?" Percy asked with a chuckle as he sat down in a recliner in the room as both Zora and Ryder quickly joined him while sitting on his knees.

"From last time." Ryder said as Zora nodded quickly.

"Last time…" Percy said, rubbing his chin and playing along as Zora impatiently kicked her feet.

"Big thunder head was being mean to papa! But then mommy Hestai turned into a big fire lady and you got a job as a power ranger!" Zora said happily as Percy chuckled a little. But then a sad smile crossed his face. At the same time he caressed both their heads.

"Then I guess it is time to tell you a story about grandma and the rest of my brothers and sisters and their final and bravest last moments."

NOW:

FLASHBACK: (A week after Percy got his job as Ranger)

THIRD PERSON POV:

Percy slowly felt his consciousness awaken to the sound of soft breathing and a faint smell of pine trees. Smelling the familiar and slightly intoxicating scent he just smiled a little as he found the sensation of his body coming back to him. His eyes slowly found the will to open as he found a very adorable site in front of him. Zoë was currently asleep on the side of the bed, her ever so beautiful sleeping face, that was resting a few feet from his, was currently drooling without pause.

Seeing the sight caused Percy to smile as he reached out and then grabbed her hand and gave it a light squeeze. Sadly this act of affection betrayed him as Zoë slowly stirred awake from the small action. Zoë blinked herself awake and raised her head up in a slight confusion, but then her eyes found Percy's as her eyes lit up with happiness.

"You're awake." She said as her eyes moistened a little.

"You got a little something." Percy motioned to his mouth with his free hand as Zoë gave a confused look, but she then reached up to find the whole side of her mouth wet from drool as a wave of red crossed her face. Quickly she began to wipe her drool away as she gave Percy an embarrassed look.

"Geez, you sleep for a week straight and the first thing you do is point out my drool and here I was worried for you." She complained to him as Percy grinned. Then with one yank from Percy, and a small *eep* from Zoë she was pulled into the bed. One second later Zoë was the small spoon in a cuddle position as Percy wrapped his arms around her in a hug.

"P-Percy."

"Just… lay here with me for a bit."

"... Okay."

The two laid in silence, only their breaths could be heard as one of Percy's hands cupped one of Zoë's over her stomach. The other held her free hand and also supported her head as a pillow, Percy had her as close as he possibly could. Feeling her heartbeat through her back and slowly inhaling her scent before giving out an equally slow exhale. Zoë's embarrassment quickly dissipated as love and affection began to fill her heart. She simply enjoyed the feeling of Percy's hand caressing her stomach and his occasional kisses on her head, even their heartbeats seeming to link as well.

"I love you Zoë, I feel so lucky to have you by my side." Percy said in a voice that was filled with deep emotions. Zoë however laid in silence as suddenly she began to sniffle as warm tears began to fall from her eyes. Her worries from the last few weeks released themselves as she quietly cried in his arms.

"I was worried sick, when you collapsed after the meeting… I didn't know what to do. I stayed by your side everyday and did what I could, Hestia chastised me several times. Telling me not to push myself in my state." Zoë said through tears and a small chuckle as she tried to wipe the tears away on Percy's arm.

"I'm sorry to put you through so much."

"Don't be sorry. I love you Percy, I would do anything to make sure you are safe and sound. Like you have done for me so many times. Rely on me more okay?" She said as she turned her body to lay on her back as her head faced his. Her two slightly puffy eyes staring at him, but her eyes were unwavering as Percy nodded.

"Okay." He whispered as Zoë gave a sweet smile as the two leaned in for a simple and sweet kiss. The affection and passion the two shared in the moment was unlike anything they seemed to have ever felt before. Their lips gently embraced one another in tender embrace as they slowly moved their lips. The kiss remained tame as finally the two separated, their eyes dazzling as Percy gave a sweet smile as Zoë did the same.

"Uh.. Hello?" Suddenly a person spoke from behind the two of them as they froze in place.

"I tried to tell you when you dragged me into bed, but then I forgot." Zoë said with a shy grin on her face as Percy bushed.

"It seems the week of rest was good for you." Hestia's voice finally spoke as the two blushing people sat up from bed, Percy much more than Zoë.

"It s-seems so doesn't it?" Percy managed to sputter out as Zoë gave him a funny face.

"I tried to tell you." She said again as Percy gave a stiff nod and turned to Hestia who was giving a flat look towards the two.

"Sorry… you had to see that." Percy said as Hestia just rolled her eyes and motioned for him to stand.

"Since you are up it is best to get some food in you, we weren't able to feed you when you slept." She said and on que Percy's stomach released a massive grumble begging for food. Percy just continued to blush and nodded as he exited the room in haste, leaving Zoë and Hestia alone. The goddess stared at the demi-titan as suddenly her face lit up stark red in embarrassment.

"Y-You could have stopped him anytime, why did you wait so long?" Hestia whispered in a frantic embarrassed voice towards her, Zoë just gave her a small grin.

The powerful goddess who had faced Zeus himself and made him back down, the eldest Olympian, and fierce warrior was now somehow reduced to a blushing and stuttering mess. All at the site of cuddling and a very love filled kiss, Zoë found it comical to say the least, yet it also made Zoë happy to see this side of Hestia.

"What? And have you miss out on the show? I couldn't bring myself to do such a thing." Zoë said as she sat on the bed facing Hestia as she glanced at the now closed door. The goddess however was still turning redder as embarrassment filled her.

"Y-You…" Hestia tried to speak but her embarrassment got the best of her as she gave a cute glare to Zoë.

"So have you thought about what we talked about?" Zoë asked suddenly as Hestia seemed to calm down, her cheeks still a tinge red as she gave a small nod. The 20 something goddess acting like a teenager made Zoë inwardly chuckle.

"I have… if you truly are okay with it. I agree and will do as you say. What about you though? Wouldn't you mind?" Hestia asked as Zoë smiled at the worried goddess, it made her want to pinch her cheeks.

"I am fine with it, I assure you, I will be with Artemis and Asclepius in the new camp. No need to worry about me, if anything I'm more worried about you." She said as she stood up and closed in on the goddess as she walked forward and suddenly put a hand on the chair causing Hestia to freeze.

"All that alone time with Percy on his missions. Who knows what will happen?" Zoë said as Hestia blushed, she then leaned down and began to whisper in the goddess ear.

"How far do you think you will get? Holding hands? Affectionate hugging? Even kissing? Maybe even on the lips?" Zoë asked in a curious voice as the virgin goddess seemed to have steam coming out of her head.

"K-K-K-Kissing? In only 8 months? T-That's too soon." Hestia barely got her words out of her mouth as Zoë suddenly had a funny look on her face. It seems this virgin goddesses sense of a relationship timeline was a little… slow.

"Then what about holding hands?" Zoë asked out of curiosity as she could almost see the goddesses brain working overtime.

"Only if he is a g-gentleman." Hestia whispered with a blush as Zoë nearly fell over.

"Hestia… Oh nevermind, go at your own pace. I am sure if or rather when Percy reciprocates your feelings he will match your pace. Though he is a bit pushy sometimes, it is never outside the comfort zone, I promise." Zoë gave her words of comfort to the goddess as the hearth goddess nodded and seemed to pump herself up a bit.

'Let's hope Hestia can speed things up, at this rate I'm afraid milady will get a kiss before she does.' Zoë thought to herself remembering her own goddess as she patted Hestia on the shoulder as the goddess seemed lost in her own thoughts. She then paused as suddenly Hestia started to cry as panic filled Zoë, had she pushed her too far?

"H-Hestia I'm sorry. I shouldn't have teased you, don't cry." She said with a voice laced with concern as Hestia gave her a confused face, but then Hestia's own face showed concern as well.

"What do you mean? A bit of teasing isn't going to make me cry. But you shouldn't cry, I am fine, nothing to worry about." Hesita said as it was now Zoë's turn to be confused as she reached up to find tears running down her face. Hesita seeing her confusion then did the same and felt her own unplanned tears.

"W-What is happening?" Zoë asked as both women tried to wipe the tears away but they just kept flowing down their cheeks. Then Zoë felt a clenching in her heart and new emotions filled her as sadness and longing, though she could tell they were not her own as she gripped at her chest.

"Do you feel it as well?" Hestia asked as Zoë locked eyes with her and gave a faint nod. Both women then turned to the door and quickly exited the room just in time to find Artemis about to open it. The moon goddess was almost in tears as her silver eyes seemed filled with sadness, but her expression was one of seriousness.

"Something is wrong with Percy." She said, wiping her tears away with her good hand as Zoë and Hestia's eyes filled with worry. All three then went to the kitchen, passing by multiple hunters who all were crying just like the three. Though they appeared much less affected by the phenomenon that was happening, still tears dripped down their faces as they made confused and sad faces.

Quickly the three found Percy silently sitting by the dining table. His face filled with complex emotions as streams of tears ran down his face, each drop decorating his plate of food in front of him. He suddenly gave a slight tremor as his mouth scrunched up like he was holding back sobs, at the same time the foreign emotions that Hestia, Artemis, and Zoë were feeling increased. Hestia and Zoë both let a small sob fall from their lips, even Artemis' lips trembled as she forced the feeling away.

"P-Percy, what's wrong?" Zoë managed to say as she gently put her hand on his shoulder as Percy jolted a little at the touch of her hand. He then looked up at her as the emotions in her suddenly increased as Zoë managed to keep it together.

"T-They are dying." Percy managed to say as Zoë grew confused as Percy trembled again as yet another wave of sadder emotions flooded their minds. At this point the three could no longer control their emotions, even some hunters around them were now having streams of tears running down their faces.

"The primordials, my family. Everyone is dying." Percy managed to say as everyone's eyes went wide.

"I-I-I need to be there. I-I-I-I… need to...." Percy stood up but as he took one step his legs went limp and fell to the ground.

"Percy!" All three yelled in sync as Zoë caught him in her arms, he then started to weep as more and more waves of the primordials dying passed through him. Wails of sorrow and pain filled the air as Percy began to cry with all his heart. The three also lost control of their emotions and even the hunters in the other rooms began to sob and cry from the foreign emotions.

"I need to go." Percy managed to say between sobs as his eyes seemed to fill with a fire or rage.

"B-But how?" Artemis asked after recovering from her sobbing.

"Soul projection, but I will need help. I don't have enough energy to do it myself."

"Let me help!" In an instant Artemis and Hestia said the same thing at the same time as they both gave each other a glance in turn. Zoë also nodded since she couldn't make out words just yet.

"Not you Zoë, the energy draining might hurt you and the baby." Percy said, shaking his head as Zoë seemed a bit displeased but nodded nonetheless.

"So, what do we need to do?" Hestia asked as Zoë managed to help Percy stand as his leg still shook a little.

"Just feed your energy into me and I will do the rest." Percy said as Zoë walked him over to a couch and sat him down as he exhaled and tried to focus his mind. Slowly Percy seemed to stop crying as he opened his eyes and soon only the flames of rage existed in them and then gave a nod. Hestia and Artemis then sat on each of his sides as Percy held out a hand. Both goddesses suddenly had a hint of a blush across their face, now was not the time for such thoughts, but hand holding was something they had never done with a male.

"Must we?" Artemis suddenly asked as Percy just nodded.

"Skin contact is the best way." He said as both goddesses gave a slight nod, each then reached out and cupped his held his hand as Percy felt two different streams of energy fill him. One was like taking an ice bath while the other was a soothing flame. Each energy spread in him and covered half his body each, soon each energy found his core as they grew agitated at the sight of one another. Then his own energy suddenly came to life as both energies stopped their fight and soon became obedient in a second.

"Excellent, just keep pouring in energy. I will go where I need to go." Percy said both goddesses showed a look of disbelief as their energies were tamed so quickly. But then a massive suction came from Percy's core as it greedily absorbed their energy, even going so far as starting to pull it from them directly as Percy closed his eyes and began to focus.

"H-How much energy does he need? I'm starting to get worried." Artemis said in a slight panic as her silver eyes filled with worry. The boy in front of her continued to absorb more than enough energy to make any normal demigod explode several times already.

"I'm not sure… how much do you have left?" Hestia asked as Artemis gave a dry smile.

"About 40%, what about you?" She asked as Hestia gave a slightly bigger smile.

"About 70%, sounds like you need to work on your energy reserves a bit." Hestia said as Artemis gave a slight frown at the goddess.

"I will have you know, I am injured. I will give Percy every ounce of energy he needs, so hush."

"You still play around too much. When was the last time you meditated and built on your max energy and domains? I remember telling you last century to work on it and here we are."

"I-I am busy you know, my duties and hunters keep me on my feet. I-I just don't have time to meditate."

"Yet you still find time to go to your tent and sleep every night, I remember that Gods do not need sleep."

"Cut me some slack, you don't have 140 hunters to take care of on the daily."

"You do remember I helped out with your camp for close to a millennia. I am well aware of how hard it is. You need to shape up Artemis."

The duo continued to have a very… mother and daughter like conversation about responsibilities and efforts as Zoë just stared in wonder. The two had never spoken like this in front of her and she could only assume it was because of their current level of stress. But they continued to talk and chat as Zoë just listened in and discovered her goddesses relationship with Hestia was more tight knit than she could have ever imagined.

"I found them…" Percy whispered instantly causing the talking to come to a stop as he gave a long exhale.

"Keep feeding energy into me, it will cost a lot to have my soul such a large distance away. I will be back as soon as I can." Percy said as the energy in his core began to gather and then his body shimmered in a dark light.

LINEBREAK:

LOCATION: Remnants of a galaxy

PERCY POV:

I felt my soul shake a bit as it seemed a bit unstable from the long distance instant movement, I stayed still waiting for my soul to stabilize. I had rarely used the instant movement type of soul projection and was not used to it, so jumping across a massive distance was already risky. Normally I used flying soul projection to scout everywhere I needed to, also to go on some fun dates with Zoë as well. Overall it was a very useful ability, especially at this moment.

My soul finally stabilized as I was able to finally move, I then opened my eyes and was stunned by my surroundings. All I could see was absolute desolation of everything around me. What appeared to be a planet was now reduced to massive floating charred chunks of earth and massive pools of magma flying in every other direction. I felt my heart clench as my fear and anger filled my head, I extended my senses yet again as I flew in a certain direction at great speed.

Soon I left the destroyed planet only to find even more destruction spread throughout the space around me. Nearby planets were also destroyed, reduced to rubble and even what appeared to be a star had been pierced by something as it now appeared to be a cone of fire. My vision went over all my surroundings, somehow I was able to see things from an incredible distance away as soon I began to realize that the desolation did not end in this solar system. Stars, planets, even asteroid belts for nearly 50,000 light years were destroyed, several million solar systems appeared to be entirely gone as well.

"W-What?" I couldn't help but ask as a cold sweat ran down my back. I couldn't even fathom what had happened, it was so outside my scope of my level of being. I was just a demigod that got lucky and helped kill a weak titan, all of this destruction was just too much to comprehend. This level of power was… I finally understood why mom wanted to hide me. It was unfathomable.

I felt so… insignificant, so powerless, so weak suddenly as I continued to take in the destruction around me. Just then I felt a great pain in my eyes and my soul shook as I was forced to blink several times. As I did my vision returned to normal like on earth, no longer was I able to see the ends of this galaxy. Thankfully my soul returned to normal quickly as I floated silently in space.

"Why did I even come here? What could I have done to help?" I asked myself as a wave of worry and hopelessness washed over me. My rage and anger squashed beneath the two massive feelings as I stayed in place, until I felt a small ping.

"Hmm?" I turned towards the direction of the ping as I curiously turned to it and slowly started to fly towards it. I couldn't put my finger on it, it just felt so familiar to me. I made my way through the massive rubble around me following the ping that suddenly happened again as I found it suddenly in a different direction as I frowned. Faster this time I flew quickly following until more and more pings sounded, soon I grew frustrated at this game of cat and mouse.

"Stop running!" I yelled as I moved as fast as I could through or around rubble until I felt a ping right behind me as I snapped around and suddenly stopped in my tracks. Before me was a white line that floated silently in space, it was like space itself went around it as my mind grew confused by the sight of it.

Just then the line began to expand until it was a perfect circle of a familiar white screen, as it did one more ping sounded from inside the circle as I stared at in silence. I didn't know what to feel at the moment; confusion, rage, unimportance, and several others filled my mind. I just gave a deep sigh and floated into the portal.

"It seems Ananke was right, you did make it after all." Said a familiar voice as I found myself in a white box of a room. I froze at the sound of the voice as I slowly turned to find my father, but it was only what appeared to be left of him.

Order was currently leaning against a wall of the room, but he looked absolutely terrible. He was currently in nothing but rags of what was once armor, his neat and tidy white hair was half gone and the rest was burned. His left leg was completely missing and through his upper torso were two massive holes. One right through his gut and the other where his heart used to be. His tan skin no longer had an ounce of color and looked like pure white granite, cracks ran up and down his skin as if he was a statue.

His eyes though remained, each like a spirling nova of power, but each was fading with each second. I just trembled in a wave of emotions as I slowly floated over and kneeled beside him as he gave me a weak smile, his body cracking more as he did. All I could do was reach for his right hand and grab it as he gave a sad chuckle.

"We tried to stop him but we failed, though we did injure him he is now heading towards earth. I am sorry Percy, we failed you." He said as tears fell from my eyes as I locked eyes with him.

"W-What about mom and the others?" I asked as he kept a sad look on his face.

"The others are gone… each fought their hardest but to no avail. Their souls shattered, they have faded into non-existence. I will be joining them myself here soon." He said as my eye scanned his injured body. The cracks slowly spread more and more across his skin, just the sight of him dying threw me into mental turmoil as I bit my lip so hard I could taste iron in my mouth.

"I can try to save you, I have mothers powers right? There must be somethi-."

"Percy… my son, enough. My injuries are fatal and there is nothing neither of us can do."

"B-But…"

"It's okay son I will never truly be gone, I will live in your memories till the end of time. For me, that is more than enough." He said with a smile as my soul shook as the emotions running through me almost made me lose focus on my powers

"Before I go I do have a story I wish to tell you. It is about your siblings and their last moments of true heroism and their wishes for you, also about your mother and… my betrayal of her last wishes." Father said with a face that screamed sadness as a single tear ran down his face but as it did it solidified into granite marking his cheek forever.

"W-What?" I was beyond surprised as he slowly reached over with his free hand as he opened it revealing a strange item. It was an orb, only about the size of an egg. Its glass-like shell revealed what to be a nebula of colors that floated in it like a cloud, but deep down inside the colors was a pitch black gem that floated silently.

Slowly he handed the colorful gem-like item as it rested plainly in my hands. I just gazed down at it as Father let out a large sigh as if a massive weight was lifted off his shoulders. But how was I holding it while I was a soul? I understood how I was able to hold fathers hand but not this item.

"Percy, let me tell you that story and then I will explain to you what this is."

LINEBREAK: (Several hours before hand)

THIRD PERSON POV:

Silently floating in the depths of space were several beings dressed in several variations of armors from several different ages. At the forefront were Nyx and Hemera each standing about 60 feet tall, one in pure golden leather like armor with a pure metal greek helmet on. A massive 180 foot spear made of flames rested comfortably in their arms. Nyx was armed with a whip that seemed like woven darkness itself, her armor of choice was simple black leather armor and battle skirt as well as a metal helmet as well.

Behind them were Erebus, Aether, Ouranos, and Hypnos, each also standing 60 feet tall with their massive weapon of choice. Erebus and Ouranos were in full metal plate armor, one was a shiny black and the other was a dull silver. Erebus had a single handed saber that looked just as black as his armor and a shield to match. Ouranos did not have a shield but instead wielded a giant claymore that shined in a sky blue color.

Beside the two impressive fully plated gentlemen were Hypnos and Aether, surprisingly Hypnos was in regular clothes but had a heart plate on his chest. His weapon of choice was simple; a wooden staff, contrary to his slack like attire, was Aether who was in a shining suit of futuristic looking armor. His helmet was just like out of a sci-fi video game but his weapon of choice was a black metal looking longbow.

In the last line of defense was Chronos, Pontus, and Eros, each primordial taking up a long range approach as Chronos was in his normal brown robes but sat cross legged with his staff floating in front of him. Pontus sat in the same position as Chronos as he held his hand apart from one another and focused on a small floating blue pearl in front of him. His attire was that of leather armor with many sea designs on it, and a similar sea themed helmet.

Eros meanwhile, took up the position in front of the two protecting them. The love primordial was armed with metal plate armor that shimmered slightly purple and was armed with a purple bow as well. Floating beside him were several large bundles of arrows ready to be fired as he already knocked one arrow.

"How much longer?" Chaos asked Order as the two floated silently from behind all the others, currently Order was in stark white greek armor while holding a simple sword and shield while Chaos was in dark red greek armor and held a spear that was vantablack and the tip was glowing like the surface of a sun.

"A few minutes." Order said as he eyed the darkness that surrounded the galaxy that homed Chao's vacation world.

"Has everything been taken care of?" Chaos asked as Order nodded.

"Ananke has already prepared everything that needs to be done. Everyone here has also relinquished our domains and told her what to do, so that if we do die Percy will become our inheritor as planned and the domains will go to him. She also has our last messages and trials we made as well, if the worst happens she will deliver them to Percy. No need to worry sister." He said as Chaos nodded slowly, however she still appeared to be full of worry as she silently floated in space.

"Order?"

"Yes Chaos?"

"Can you do something for me?"

"Of course."

"If the worst comes, allow me to fight Abyss to my death. I may only be the level of a primordial but I am losing, I will detonate my core to injure him as much as I can. Don't stop me no matter what. Can you promise me this? I know you want to protect me but allow me this one last wish."

"... Of course sister."

"Thank you."

"..."

"You know I don't remember the last time I said it and who knows if there will be another, I love you Order. Thank you for being the best brother I could ever ask for, thank you for doing so much for me over the course of our time together."

"I love you too sis."

Order stood silently besides Chaos as he put on a very flat face as emotions coursed in him at untold speeds. He just clenched his fists tighter on his weapons, but not an ounce of sound came out of him as his eyes shone like supernovas of fury.

"Truly touching Chaos, I'm on the edge of tears over here." Suddenly a voice traveled from the darkness as everyone took a ready stance. Slowly a figure that also stood 60 feet tall came from the bleak darkness of nothing. His attire was a simple black cloak that seemed tattered and slightly torn from his long journey here. Underneath the cloak you could see an evil grin that made all the primordials tense up.

"Abyss we give you one final warning, go back to where you came from and never come back. If you do that, all will be forgiven." Chaos said as Abyss stopped a few hundred miles away from everyone as he put a pale hand up to his chin and seemed to think.

"A tempting offer Chaos, truly very tempting. But where I come from… it is a place I would rather not go back to. I'm afraid I will have to decline."

"It seems this conversation is at its end then. All of you ready yourselves!" Chaos yelled as suddenly the aura of all the primordials spiked. Their energy going far above their max and their already 40 foot tall forms growing and growing until each stood nearly 250 feet tall as Abyss' eyes widened in surprise.

"You would go so far as even burning your very essence to stop me? Truly you pulled out all the stops. However… if you had all the primordials here you might have stood a chance, with each of your deaths I will grow stronger! I will consume your domains and make them mine!" Abyss roared as his aura began to expand as his figure began to change. His cloak turned to black iron looking armor with jagged edges and looked like something forged by pure evil itself. Abyss' face was covered with a similar helmet that looked like a skull with similar vertical red scars down each eye.

At the same time two more sets of arms sprouted from his back giving him six arms total, each then summoned a brilliant black magic circle that was so intricate it seemed impossible to decipher. The primordials did not wait for him to finish though as Nyx and Hemera shot forwards first.

Each of them were like streaks of light as Nyx's whip struck out so fast Abyss barely had time to move a hand to block the strike. The magic circle in his hand cracked under the power as Nyx didn't let up. One strike turned into ten, ten turned into a thousand, a thousand turned to a million in a matter of seconds. Each crack of her whip was so loud it almost had a sonic attack effect on Abyss as his magic barrier cracked and regenerated so fast it seemed like it would explode any second.

"SUNSET STRIKE!"

A sudden yell from the opposite side of Nyx made Abyss freeze as he was forced to move another magic circle to block a spear strike from her. Abyss only saw a glimmer of light and then the world seemed to be engulfed in flames and light. In the next instant his magic barrier shattered as Hemera's spear struck it and it continued on its path as Abyss' anger grew to the next level.

All of his free hands and magic circles shot right at Hemera, the spells they had been casting had almost completed. One magic circle stopped its casting as it turned to a barrier as the light and flames of her attack were parried as the energy ran amok in space. Space debris turned to pure plasma in an instant as it was heated beyond any normal temperature. Even so the energy behind the strike was still enough to crack the barrier as Hemera stood with her spear impeded in his barrier.

"Annoying!" Abyss roared as the remaining magic spells all aimed at Hemera as space began to shake from the energy in the air. Hemera's eyes went wide as she retreated in an instant as she turned into a ray of light. She was too late as terrifying black beams of energy shot out and locked onto her, in a second they split into millions of smaller ones and swarmed her like flies. Everywhere she went the beams melted everything they touched, nothing could stop them as Hemera's face grew panicked as she fled.

She tried to use things in space to bring down the number of beams as she maneuvered around. Planets were turned into hole filled rocks, asteroid belts were left barren, even a sun evaporated into nothing as Hemera continued to feel at a speed faster than light. Nyx's eyes went wide as she gritted her teeth as her aura flared as Abyss turned back to her as 5 new magic circles came to life in his hands. This time each was as red as blood as Nyx's aura reached a new peak and then Abyss frowned under his helmet.

"Engulfing night."

Just then the whisper escaped her lips as the darkness in the universe turned tangible and began to gush towards Abyss. Abyss roared as he fired spells into the darkness but it only kept it at bay for a second as more and more flooded towards him and swallowed him whole. At the same time Nyx held one hand out as she focused solely on burying Abyss as deep in the quickly growing orb of darkness.

"Hurry I can't hold him for long." Nyx said to the others as they began to move. Soon blood began to drip from her mouth, her silver blood staining her lips as she struggled to contain Abyss with all her might. The orb continued to grow and grow until it was the size of a planet as it sat silently in space. Contrary to the calm surface deep inside the orb occasional flashes of red could be seen as Nyx aura shook with each one.

"Stop Nyx." Erebus, who was quickly followed by Ouranos, said he appeared by her side as Nyx shook her head as Erebus frowned, as he watched the veins on her arm burst apart as she gave a scream of pain.

"KILL HIM!" Nyx roared in pain as she gripped her damaged arm. Erebus and Ouranos both nodded as they began to charge up their attacks as they faced the massive black globe. Erebus' eyes began to shine in a different nature as he slowly got into a stance as space seemed to grow stagnant. At the same time a brilliant sky blue aura began to gather on Ouranos' claymore, the two men charging up their most deadly attacks as Nyx struggled to hold on.

"M-Mom." Suddenly a voice drifted to Nyx as she turned her as she found Hemera flying over, her armor riddle with holes, her helmet long gone as silver blood dripped down from her forehead. She was even missing an arm and a half a leg, Hemera just gave a small smile as she floated over to Nyx and rested her hand on her wounds as a brilliant glow covered her arm.

"S-Save your energy, healing me is pointless." Nyx said through gritted teeth, but Hemera did not listen to her as she continued to pour her energy into her to heal her.

"Once Erebus and Ouranos strike, deactivate your skill. After that-." Hemera then whispered in her ear as Nyx's eyes widened, a multitude of emotions flowing through her. With a single tear she looked at her daughter and nodded as Hemera gave a smile.

"NOW!" Erebus roared as Nyx canceled her skill, before the planet of darkness could move Erebus and Ouranos acted. Erebus appeared almost completely still as his sword slowly swung in a horizontal line. Yet even though it appeared slow before you knew it he was done as his sword slowly began to dissolve into dust as he was left with a simple sword hilt.

At the same time Ouranos swung his claymore in a much more brilliant fashion, the blade cleaved right through space and destroyed everything in its path. A shining blue slash that was a thousand times bigger than the black sphere cut down on it. The universe did not seem to know what to do as a brilliant explosion filled space and ripped apart everything in its path. The explosion expanded rapidly, soon an entire solar system was consumed and then another. Just then a slice in the very middle of the explosion appeared and then the entire image of the scene seemed to split in two.

Like water going down a drain the epsilon began to swirl into the slice as space shook and cracked as the 4 primordials teleported away to where the others were. Everyone watched in silence as Erebus suddenly took a knee and vomited out a large mouthful of blood as Ouranos' right arm seemed to go limp as his blade broke in half.

"You two…" Chronos appeared by their side in an instant as he gave a soft sigh as both primordials chuckled a bit.

"We are burning our essence here, we need to kill this fucker as fast as we can! Even if it means sacrificing a limb or organ." Ouranos said as he suddenly ripped off his limp arm as Erebus wiped his mouth and gave a nod as well.

"Nyx! Hemera! It seems you two have a plan?" He asked as Hemera nodded.

"Good, because this fucker isn't dead yet." He said turning back to the slowly healing cut in space as a figure appeared in the superheated space. His armored figure appeared damaged, two of his arms were gone and part of his chest plate appeared caved in a bit as well. Most concerning was his helmet which has broken over one eye. It only revealed one of Abyss' eyes that was filled with insanity and rage, clearly they had only pissed him off.

"Everyone gather." Hemera said as all the primordials gathered in one place. Even Pontus who was still focused on his pearl.

"Eros and Aether will provide long range support at all times, they will protect Pontus as well. We need him to complete his weapon no matter what. Chronos and Hypnos, you two will give us four an opportunity. Just one chance and we will cut that fuckers head clean from his body." Hemera said as everyone nodded.

"What about us?" Erebus and Ouranos asked as Hemera gave a sad look.

"We will combine our remaining essence and power into one form. Nyx and I will make up the body, you two will make up the blade. But in doing so…" Hemera said as everyone understood. If they did their lives would be over, to combine essence is to fully combine two beings. Nyx and Hemera would no longer remain. Only whatever was to come out of the fusion would live on.

"Well who gives a shit, there isn't much left of us anyways. Let's hurry up, he is already half way here." Ouranos said as the four nodded.

"Any last words?" Erebus asked as everyone paused.

"I hate to say it, but I love you fools. Just wish I could see the twerp grow up more." Ouranos said with a grin as he put his hand in the center of the four.

"Can you be serious at least once?" Nyx asked, putting her hand in the circle as the air began to vibrate. Just then streaks of light and purple began to fly over them as thousands of arrows began to shower Abyss.

"Nope."

"Well for what it's worth, I am going to miss you three as well. Let us hope Percy gets our messages in our tests." Nyx said as Hemera joined the circle as more and more energy began to gather and swirl between them.

"I already know you three love me so no need to tell me. But I guess I love you guys as well. Especially mom and dad." She said with a smile as all three rolled their eyes.

"Well at least our last moments were filled with jokes. I'm sure it is what Chaos would have wanted." Erebus said, glancing far into the distance as Order stood guard over a meditating Chaos as he met his eyes. With a glimmer of emotions in their eyes Order gave a small nod.

"Well, let's kill this bitch!" Erebus said with a grin fit for a madman such as Abyss as he slammed his hand down and then the middle as the energy between them rapidly expanded outward in a massive dome.

"What are these imbeciles doing now?" Abyss said to himself as he defended himself from the hairstorm of arrows. He had tried to fire off magic several times but each time a dozen well placed arrows would stop the spell. All he could do was fly forward as he eyed down the two archers, though their attacks barely did any damage there were simply too many. Millions of arrows flew around him like swarms of bees.

He just angrily lashed out as a hundred thousands energy arrows dissipated a thousand miles away, but were quickly replaced as he anger continued to grow and grow. He finally had enough as he flung all 6 arms forward as a massive magic circle that was a hundred colors appeared in front of him. As it formed Aether and Eros tried to push themselves to the limit but their attempts were for not as the magic activated after several second and a couple million arrows later.

"You actually made me serious!" Abyss roared as a multi-colored lighting began to dance in front of him as his anger filled eyes locked onto Eros and Aether. The lighting then began to merge into one massive creature and soon a massive 40 mile tall two headed lighting dragon was born as it let out a mighty roar that shook space around it.

"Kill those two." Order said as the beast shot forwards at incredible speeds as Abyss grinned but then froze as space stagnated around him and so did time as he found it nearly impossible to move as Chronos slowly floated down in front of him.

"Rewind." Chronos said as he tapped his staff on space itself as Abyss felt his very being begin to flow in reverse against his will. Before he knew it the giant lighting dragon was being undone as his magic circle slowly dissipated as he continued to struggle against it with great difficulty. Soon his magic circle was

"You cannot fight time Abyss." Chronos said from his spot. But then a drip of silver fell from his nose as he looked at it surprised as Abyss continued to struggle as soon space began to quake. Chronos' eyes went wide as he quickly undid his spell as Abyss was set free and let out a roar of anger as he eyed Chronos who floated back a bit.

"You think you're the only one who can play with time, old man? Let me teach you how to use time properly!" Abyss roared as 4 golden magic circles came to life around him as Chronos activated his power at the same time. Like two people trying to turn a wheel in separate directions there was no movement.

"Y-You fool!" Chronos yelled as he was space shook and seemed to let out cries as time magic seemed to be tearing it apart.

"Come on old man! I can do this all fucking day!" Abyss yelled with an evil laugh at the end as more blood began to drip from Chronos' nose. Time continued to stagnate, twist, and move as the two men stood at a stand still. A bubble surrounded them preventing any interference from the outside world as the entire universe seemed to shudder.

"Chronos stop!" Order suddenly yelled but Chronos continued his game of tug of war with Abyss as his robe burst to shreds and his old features were revealed, but he did not give up as he pushed back as Abyss' armor began to corrode in some places.

"30 more seconds!" Chronos yelled as Order eyed the 30 mile tall giant that was just finishing its transformation.

"You don't have 30 seconds, old man." Abyss said as he suddenly lunged at Chronos and met his hands with two of his. Suddenly space and time began to warp rapidly as Chronos screamed in pain. He could feel space bending around him, he could feel time beginning to cry and tear apart, something bad was going to happen. Whatever Abyss was doing was beyond anything time would be able to handle.

At that moment a thought crossed Chronos' mind, Abyss was going to kill him. He knew that and he knew he had to hinder Abyss somehow, in that instant he also knew how to hinder him. With one small thought Chronos made up his mind as his eyes opened all the way revealing their gear like irises.

"Very well take my life boy, but know, time will never bend to your will again." Chronos said as his aura flared and he let out a roar as it spread over Abyss and dug into his armor and flesh like drills. Abyss tried to fight back but his aura was suppressed while Chronos kept him in place. In the next instance time and space broke and what you would call a blip happened. One second Chronos was roaring at Abyss and the next he wasn't. In fact Chronos was gone and nothing remained in his spot as Abyss stood silently in place.

"W-What happened?" Aether asked Eros as he shook his head, not knowing either.

Chaos however slowly opened her eyes as tears ran down her face. The only thought in her mind was a change in her memories. It was the instant she decided to start creation with the big bang, it was the very second the big bang started. A being suddenly appeared very far away from her. That being was Chronos, forced between the folds of time and space he traveled to the past and to the very beginning.

He just stood there silently with half of his body now missing with a simple smile on his face and tears running down his cheeks as he opened his arms and let the energy of the bing bang engulf him and turn him to ash. Tears continued down Chaos' face as she felt guilt for killing her own son, an anger built up inside her as she directed her vision towards Abyss who was currently looking at his hands in a funny manner.

"Chaos don't get distracted, continue with what you need to do." Order said as Chaos wiped her tears away and nodded as she went back to meditating.

"Something is missing… but what?" Abyss said in a confused tone as he searched his memories but found nothing. It was just like the time Chaos had taken his power to teleport, he knew a power was gone but he didn't know which one. Even when he ran through all his spells and magic he still couldn't find it.

*ROOOARRR*

In an instant space shook violently as an armored giant fully came into being. Its body was pure white and its armor was like that of a simple Greek soldier. It radiated pure power as it focused on Abyss and then drew a massive silver sword as space shook just from drawing the blade. With a single step it covered a huge distance as Abyss' eye widened.

"Why do you keep getting in my way!" Abyss roared as his figure began to grow and 4 magical swords on his good arms came to life. With that his new height of 40 miles reached Abyss charged forward at the glowing beast. Like two literal storms of destruction each tearing apart the space around them. Even planets several hundred miles away crumbled from the power of their charge.

"We have one chance Aether, we need to take it. The instant their strikes meet, fire the strongest arrow you can and take one of his left arms. I will take one of his right ones." Eros said as his aura flared and soon it began to funnel into a dense purple energy arrow that began to grow and grow as Aether gave a soft sigh.

"A lackluster way to go don't you think?" Aether asked as he did the same with his energy as it began to funnel into a shining arrow.

"You wanna go fight him hand to hand? Be my guest, I nearly died once to him already. I am happy just being of help this time. Besides, aren't archers supposed to go out with one final arrow?" Eros asked Aether as both gave each other a grin.

"To the last arrow!"

"To the last arrow!"

With that their brilliant auras funneled more and more into the now 40 feet long arrows as Pontus slowly opened his pale eyes as he looked at both his brothers and gave a soft sigh. With that the two 40 mile giants finally clashed as the glowing sword cut down on Abyss as all 4 swords swung up to meet it. In a titan slash space shook and a massive quake shook their surroundings. Abyss however seemed steady on his feet as he pushed back against the giant effectively throwing him back.

"Is that all you got!?" Abyss roared as the two began to fight as constant quakes shook the space as they began to leave a trail of destruction in their wake. But as the minutes passed the favor began to lean towards Abyss as the giant began to accumulate wounds on its body. A silver blood quietly floated around space as Hypnos studied the battle in great detail. Suddenly his eyes flashed as the time finally came.

"NOW!" Eros and Aether both felt the instant Hypnos was aiming for as both of them took aim, with one final smile at each other they fired their massive 150 foot energy arrows. Eros and Aether watched with darkening vision as their bodies began to crack and split apart, they didn't even say words as their bodies disintegrated leaving Pontus alone in space as he shed tears for his fallon brothers.

In one instant time seemed to slow yet again as the giant gave a valiant roar and stabbed with all its might as Abyss gave a devilish grin from under his helmet. All four swords cut through space as he planned to end this giant with this strike. Then in an instant he faltered, his consciousness waned and an overwhelming sense of dizziness overcame him. Hypnos had appeared behind Abyss in a flash and focused his entire will on just Abyss, but Abyss was fighting back.

*ROOARR!*

With a roar of the giant it thrust its blade towards Abyss' chest as he remained stunned, then two blinding flashes of light, one purple and one gold, came from behind the giant as they slammed right into one of Abyss' arms. Both arms were vaporized in an instant and a large part of his armor shattered as well, with his mind on the brink of falling asleep Abyss struggled immensely as Hypnos felt his own mind shattering.

Then the massive sword made contact with his Abyss' chest and his mind flared and he gave a mighty roar as Hypnos' mind suffered a massive backlash. Abyss poured all his cruel and heinous thoughts and memories into Hypno's mind, it was so much that Hypnos' mind shattered after but a moment. Driven completely insane by everything Abyss showed him, his immortal mind was gone in an instant, his ego shattered.

While Abyss focused on Hypnos he tried to move but only managed to move a bit as the blade sunk deep into his gut as black blood began to gush out of the wound. Abyss gave a roar of pain as he brought down both swords deep into the back of the giant and a massive gush of silver blood flooded space. Then only silence remained as Abyss heaved in pain as the giant gave a gasp and then slowly began to dissolve into nothing.

"Really putting up a fight aren't you." Abyss said as he slowly opened his eyes revealing a deadly calmness as he yanked his blades out of the dying beast and then ripped the blade out of his gut and threw it to the side. Not even paying attention to the mumbling and unfocused Hypnos who floated in space.

"Now for the main course." Abyss said, ripping his broken helmet off revealing an evil smile on his face as he focused on Order, Chaos, and Pontus who now floated behind them.

E/N: Mwahaha! Got him to do some much needed justice to the powers! Primordials should be going all out on a beast like Abyss! I like this version much better than the original (I love you Nuts! Don't fire me!), so I am glad I got him to work on this better. I can't wait for the next chapter. (Might do some lurking while he writes it >:3).
