Shopping District

12:31am

it's being 20minute since escape to that place but there still 10miles till we get to safe zone. anyway we plan to stop in nearby store, get some equip and clothing cuz what we're wearing now is totaly ruined and dirty because of the last encounter.

While driving, we notice that every street and house we pass is either full of dead bodies or destroyed vehicles, and it so damnit quiet the only thing i hear is the motor and Yumi that whistling.

After Eight more minutes of driving we already arrived in our destination the shopping district. the shopping district is very long straight line that full of any varieties from clothes, food, tools and many more.. but for some reason the shopping district is perfectly fine, no dead bodies that laying around the ground.

Anyway after we saw that. i said I suggest a plan and say it to yumi, "Yumi let's split up and see if there's still some people inside, and dont forget to get some weapons so we can use." anyway after that we split up and try to find something we can use.

"Ok, but i go to the left and you go to the right"

"sure but if you find something nice, bring it to be in exchange"

After that, we parted ways, and I went to the left corner of the shopping district. I find nothing after searching for a while. But I didn't give up, so I went to a nearby store "chibichini store" and chose what I wanted, a gray T-shirt that matched my hair, a black hoodie, tight jeans, and i almost forgot. While wearing it, I notice a revolver beneath the counter.

"How lucky," I thought, smiling, thinking that this gun might save my life.

However, after checking it, I only see 5 bullets and no more. I try to check the counter again if I see anything more than that, but i see nothing.

After changing my clothes, I leave the store and proceed to our met up point, where I see Yumi.

"hey!, Yumi, did something happen?" I ask Yumi, who's for same reasons begin to cry. I ask Yumi to remain calm.

"don't cry... it's okay," i said it to Yumi, Yumi stop crying after that and asking if we can now leave this place.

If you're wondering why Yumi started crying out of nowhere. This is due to the emotional breakdown this is pretty much uncommon so there's no need to worry.

Anyway after that. Yumi stop crying i ask yumi if we can leave now.

1:49pm

After that in incident Yumi can't stare at me anymore. maybe out of embarrassment of what she did.

"Can't look at me now huh?" smirking while teasing Yumi whose can't look at me now.

"shut up! moron!" suddenly saying it out of embarrassed.

"Sure, I'm not going to tease you anymore, just give me your right hands for a while"Saying it, yumi look at me with a little suspicious in his eye.

"you're not gonna do anything stupid right?" Then she extend her right hand to me, and when I reached his hand, I gave him something that she will never forget. A Silver bracelet, that i found next to the revolver.

"A bracelet?, th-thank you kai" Saying it with a smile in his face.

*haaaaaa...

I give a sigh of relief thinking that she will not gonna killed himself again. Why i said it again? cuz that's always happend. once yumi got a sudden metal breakdown.

anyhow let change the topic, there are three main Route in this city to get to the safe zone ,The hyung's residence is a kinda safe but it's unpredictable route, the main highway which is the most dangerous of the three but the most fastest route, and finally the Shopping district the safest out of three but it often mistaken as the most dangerous. avoided because of it creepy back story that surrounding it.

But to be honest I'm the one who spread those rumors so no one gonna take this route.-,-

1:50pm

After yumi recieved my gift ,i suggested if we can leave this place now.

"We've already spent too much time in this place, so let's leave now" i said with a mischievous smirk plastered in my face.

So after that, we looked for the bike but couldn't find it, so i asked yumi.

"hmm.., By the way Yumi where did you park the bike?" I scratched the back of my head out of frustration.

"As far as i could remember i parked it in there.., there!"she exclaimed while pointing her finger in the blue corner near the grocery store.

"see?, let's go!" She smiled delightfully and ran towards the bike.

"huh?, wa-wait! Yumi!" I screamed and tried to grab her arms but i was to late, she already reached the bike, something feels off, the bike misplacing.

Is already suspicious "Wait yumi!"

"what?"Yumi looked at me as she started the engine i noticed a flicking light near the gas tank i was about to ran towards but i was to late the bike already exploded before i could even warn her.

The Explosion that was happend wasn't your ordinary explosion i can hear screaming but the noise slowly dispersed. as i started feeling the heat, it slowly burned my clothes, hair and then finally my whole body started to burn like crazy, i could even smell my own flesh being cooked, its so painful, its as if i was swimming in a lava pool.

*I screamed in pain.

"ahh!!, god damnit, it hurts!!!"

That was one of my painful death, imagine being roasted alive, my flesh smells good? Death is making me think ridiculous things.

"Kai, kill me..." Said by a soft pained voice and i knew it was yumi

Seeing her like that was so painful,i suddenly remember that i had a revolver in my waist, i took it out and pointed it at her, she smiled at me.

"Thank you" she said as she closed her eyes a few drops of tears started running down through her cheeks"thank you"

"Sayonara..."

-bang!

*hitting Yumi's head.

As yumi died, i aimed the gun inside my mouth.

"I wash mishaken tru bealiave ouwt tdish hevolver ckwwuk savd ho livede." (I was mistaken to believe that this revolver could save my life.)

-bang!

-Bzzzzz!

-beep! beep! beep!

"God, damn it that's one of the best start i ever had why did i die!?"
