Everyone was still stunned in a daze as they grab little fatty to interrogate him.
Soon after they heard exaggerated version of how he meets xing he and what transpired back then along their way home back from merchant city.
Yu shutian's eyes flashed. He really can't tell this mysterious master's cultivation at all and what surprises him the most is yu yue's identity.
'sure enough this little miss isn't simple at all' he thought seeing personally that a girl like her even have a shadow guard of this caliber.
One thing he's sure of though, these people aren't simple and they must be from a strong powerhouse not from the outer region because she's too luxurious to even have a guard even stronger than the ancestors of great clans.
"Uncle Xing He do you know why demonic beasts appeared in here? Isn't this still the outer area of black forest?" yu yue asked in deep thoughts.
She once read from a book that demonic beasts usually stay in the inner area and they can't be seen around outer areas. Besides, they might be savage creatures but they don't go about actively hunting and running around.
"when we entered this place there's something wrong with it, there's a mild spiritual qi fluctuations and it's unsettling. I could barely feel it with my strength though.
That might be why no one has ever noticed anything about demonic beasts in this place" Xing He said in deep thought as well.
He also finds it weird why would a demonic beast appeared in the outer area?
"oh right, Great master do you know why those people were chase by the demonic beasts earlier?" yu Shutian asked rather respectfully, he was curious how did those people provoke the demonic beasts.
In this world, the strong is held with respect. It's only natural that he showed respect to Xing He. Xing He didn't mind it as he answered politely.
"I'm not very clear either, when I get here I stayed close to third miss because I could somewhat sense that there's something unsettling about this place" he said while making guesses on his mind but he didn't say anything unnecessary.
"Third miss, are you still going to continue your learning experience in this place?" he asked without showing any worries at all despite what he just said that there's something unsettling in this place.
"Base on your reaction, I bet that although this place is rather unsettling the danger isn't that much with your strength, right uncle Xing He?" yu yue beamed throwing her initial worries at the back of her mind. Though she's still a little worried because there are only one uncle Xing He….
"true, though it's better to be prudent than sorry" Xing He said with a slight smile.
"Then I guess we should continue with our learning experience then" yu yue said as he glanced at little fatty and the others.
Seeing how quickly they get over it and aside from little fatty who was shaken up earlier the rest were just as always. Though they look a little messy and pale after running all this far for dear life.
"How about you big brother Shutian?" yu yue asked upon remembering that they were just about to part ways earlier.
"Well, we should go back for now and quickly turned the information we gathered so far since it only covers the outer perimeter of black forest. We would just see more on our way back" he said solemnly.
In fact, he wants to quickly go back right away to informed everyone about the situation here.
Yu yue and the rest bid their farewell and they part ways.
The mercenary team quickly left after that to turned in their mission.
As for yu yue and gang they keep a vigilant eye. They didn't dare lax anymore.
Xing he on the otherhand didn't went back watching in the shadows but lead them upon the youths requests while occasionally giving them pointers now and then as they fought spirit beasts.
He was hesitant at first because this is yu yue's experience learning, but yu yue didn't object and agreed to it readily because it's indeed a good idea to learn along the way under an expert's guidance.
Yu yue and the rest took this opportunity to properly learn and honed their martial arts and skills.
Little fatty for a change, took this learning experience well after being tease and made fun off by everyone about him weeping into tears the last time.
He's originally talented and by the help of uncle Xing He's harsh training he quickly advanced by levels and manage to catch up with the rest. But even so he didn't compromise his love for foods.
After 10 months of training and fighting spirit beasts under Xing Hes guidance they all improve by leaps and bounds.
It's rare for them to get instructions from powerful experts so they were taking this seriously.
Although they were having fun at times they didn't dare lax because Xing He's attitude quickly change when training them and he didn't show any mercy at all.
He saw potential on these group of youths and if they get stronger they would be able to protect and help yu yue in the future.
They encounter some demonic beasts a few times along the way and Xing He quickly deal with them.
