Yu yue was embarrassed to tell the truth so her voice was as soft as a mosquito.

On this fuzzy night yu yue went somewhere quiet and started drinking a fruity wine, she was surprised to saw a familiar figure in red who's also drinking melancholy. She was in a daze as if thinking about someone.
"what are you thinking so deeply second sister?" yu yue probed as she sat down next to her. She hasn't seen ming yu hua and ming yu xue these past three months, this is the first time she saw them after they were summoned by their mother. She asks about it but they just brushed it off, so she didn't know what happened to them.
They were currently at the roof of one of the quietest and farthest courtyard at the top overlooking the entire sky hive.
"nothing in particular, I just wondered how was he doing now" she answered absentmindedly.
"who's he?" yu yue was curious. She hasn't heard of a man close to her sister's side.
"his name was duan haoyang, he was a handsome teacher in the academy."
"oh" yu yue was stunned, she just guessed it casually but who would have thought her sister was really thinking of a guy.
Her gossipy side was moved so she started asking for more. She was shocked to found out that ming yu hua has a one sided love for a teacher, she couldn't wait to see what kind of guy could attract her sister's attention.
"I would be going to the academy if I pass mother's test, do you want to send a message?" yu yue tilted her head.
Ming yu hua paused before shrugging her head. "no need, he probably didn't know me anyway." she sighs as she drunk more wine. She was already drunk when yu yue got here, she couldn't possibly be working on her love life when their clan was going through a lot. She's not even sure if she would live to see the person she likes.
"Besides it won't be so easy to defeat us." She added with a smirk.
"…" yu yue opened her mouth like a puffer fish speechlessly.
Ming yu xue was about to join them when she heard their conversation. She clenched her hands as she walks away, guilt keeps gnawing her heart. She didn't just ruin her own life, she ruined their entire clan's life.
