The emperor who was just talking with the black robe men shivered when he heard those painful pig like shrieks. "what's happening outside?" he grabs the poor eunuch who trembled with fear who just entered to report the ruckus.

"to what?" the emperor jerks his collar impatiently.
"t-to meet your majesty" he replied with dripping cold sweat. The emperor stared at him as he throws him aside in a harrumphed.
"humph, who do they think they are?" he snorted with distaste.
The black robe man frowned, he focusses his divine senses to prove what's going on outside but his face soon changed as the ground shook. Vines started growing from under the ground, it coiled around and tear the buildings in the process.
Their expressions changed ugly as they hurriedly leap outside. The emperor almost fainted from anger when he saw his palace getting demolished, he didn't even recognize his own place.
"arghhh, who did this? Kill them all" he ordered wildly, his eyes bloodshot. He clenched his fists tightly as he spat mouthfuls of blood, his heart shattering into pieces.
"watch out!" the black robe man shouted as he dashed and move quickly to avoid a giant flower bud with sharp teeth. The emperor was slow to react and was almost swallowed whole. "argggh" he hisses in pain as his arm was corroded, emitting a foul stench.
"oh, that's captain shadow for you" little yu er giggled behind the mask as one of the flower bud opened, slowly revealing a little girl with white rabbit mask leisurely sitting inside the bud.
When captain shadow heard this familiar voice, his frown deepened. "you kids are still alive?" he blurted in surprised.
"hehe, seems like you didn't miss us as much as we thought you would have" little yu san laugh coldly, as another vines filled with pointy needle sharp thorns glinting coldly appeared carrying another little girl with white rabbit mask on its lustrous leaves.
Captain shadow was shocked when another childish voice rang behind him, a vines with lavender flower wrap around another little girl's waist gently. "we're not just alive, we're also stronger now"
Before he could react yu si's little figure also appeared, sitting crossed legs at the top of a white flower bud. Everyone paused on their steps as they saw little kids appearing like sprites.
"y-you too" captain shadow's eyes reddened, full of astonishment.
When the other assassins appeared they saw this scene, they look at their captain with sharp eyes that belongs to assassins only. They stood still waiting for his orders, however captain shadow didn't react at all he just stood there blankly.
Yu yi didn't stand still though, she directly throws her hundred butterfly daggers coated with gleaming purplish poison right at captain shadow's face.
