CHAPTER 14: Big bear is jealous
Elder Fei hu and elder zui qiang summoned their contracted beast and invites everyone to ride on them.
A majestic snow tiger and a huge pure white bear appeared blocking the harsh wind.
Yu Yue's eyes imperceptibly twinkled at the sight. She walks in between the two beasts and she look at them with fondness. The sight was extremely adorable so no one hurried her.
She looks at the big bear and the big snow tiger unable to decide which one would she ride with.
The disciples of bright moon palace have a purpose every experience learning, to find a contract beast.
Finding their contract beast is also one of the reasons why elder fei hu is overlooking this activity.
He would tame their beasts for them to contract, while elder zui qiang would guard them because he's the strongest amongst the group.
Yu yue ran to zui qiang's group and said adorably. "uncle zui, can I touch him?" she asked with excitement.
Since they're outside the palace she stops addressing them elders and likewise everyone stops addressing her third princess.
"go ahead third miss, he seems to like you as well" he said with a smile. The big snow tiger howl at her softly and move its paws towards her. It nods its head as if asking her to pat its head.
Yu yue jump up in joy, for once acting like a kid and she just didn't pat its head but also hug it.
But not long after the big bear howls at them. It snickered and push the poor big tiger away and immediately place itself in yu Yue's front and howl softly in a fawning manner asking yu yue to pat its head too.
'hmmp that stinky cat, I'm much more likable than him' said the big bear internally after bullying the tiger. The bear is much bigger compared to the other so it cowered dejectedly on the side.
When yu yue was watching the both of them earlier it snorted because it's so sure of himself that this little girl would choose him but in the end it run towards that stinky cat.
The poor tiger whimpered aggrievedly at the back.
Everyone laughs at this scene because it's too comedic after being stunned.
The two elders look at each other in surprised because beasts are prideful and won't play cute at all.
When they first contracted their spirit beasts it would even snubbed them but now it's fawning for a little girl's favor. What exactly is going on here?
This beast won't even show themselves to others inside the bright moon palace.
They frowned a little but also thinks this should be good if the beasts like the princess so she won't be much in danger around the spirit beasts outside if that's the case.
"alright we should go now big bear" fei hu said and the bear lay down it's paws so yu yue could climb on its back.
Everyone was stunned again and muttered "that's unfair"
"why did this two seems to hate us but not third miss?"
"Maybe it likes beautiful people" someone blurted which makes everyone glared at him fiercely.
"so you're saying we are too ugly?" someone retorted.
"Ah! No. No. Maybe because third miss is so talented. Yeah that must it. That guy said again as he wipes the cold sweat on his forehead.
"So we are trash? That's what are you saying?" a girl glared at him coldly.
"Ahh. No- no.. that's not it…." Now he just wants to shut his mouth really tight because whatever he says offended everyone.
After that episode, they finally stop teasing that guy. They aren't truly angry because they're all close to each other; besides bright moon palace doesn't have many disciples.
Their disciples where compose of slaves and orphans the elders or the senior disciples found from random places.
That's why everyone gets along well and extremely loyal to the palace.
