"I want you to show me the way to this boy's home"Kayla stumbled as soon she kneeling infront of her master, as she thought Adam punishment was executed not long before she even saw the little boy's body carried down the hallway to be dumped into a river of dead bodies where it filled with thousands of tied corpes on the knees forbiding them to come to the surface.

"Why me?"Kayla was a bit afraid if the master knew her relationship with the boy and this is only a reason to shut her brain from littering the informations of threats of her people.

"I saw you talked to Adam and he called you sister so this is more than a reason I'm choosing you to show me where he lived"

"But master, I'm sorry if my opinion opposite to your decision bit I think what's he's doing was an accident, it's true he harmed you but I think his death ia enough please disclose your anger for his family"

"Pardon me? Who says I'm angry, by the way the boy is alive just want to send him home, and to take a stroll in the meantime, and you are the one I can asked directions for"

Annie stood up just to catch the kitten that suddenly barged in she calls it yume that carries the meaning of 'dream' as the kitten resemble her first kitten she lost 5 years ago a Japanese bobtail, feeling like a dream come true.

Annie grabbed yume and played with her nose and kissed it. Kayla was quite surprised that refusing to not look back even she's not that close with cat but pitied it since it was abandoned.

"Did I?"Kayla schooled her head while receiving yume as her master was heading somewhere else.

"He's dead,I think" Said Kayla still gazing at Annie. I witnessed it myself, what a fool of me thinking this bastard is Arthur.

In the aftenoon they began their journey towards Adam's Village assisted by 4 people. Aarong insisted In coming as well but Annie strongly declined, but Aarong followed anyway in a distance.

Along the way,the weren't in a good condition and silencing their mouth in the back. Meanwhile, the carriage was handled by a butler boy Nayden.

"are we there yet?" asked Annie.

"I think so" answered Kayla.

Judging how far it was, "how did he came to palace from his village did he came with you Kayla?" She said no Adam was running away from me and they met accidentally.

"we must walk from here this carriage won't fit" a 6 minutes walk they entered a rundowm village.

"wow..this place look like a shit" said Annie accidentally. The three of them looked at her. Because it was her fault embellzing the villagers fund for years. In fact pointing it out as a cursed of a lingering spirits. To pleased it, a baby girl will be choosen to be eaten by the ghost when they got they got their first period. "where did you go this time?" Adam was quiet and looked at Annie instead.

"it's nothing aunty Adam was with me this whole time he said he was missing me" Kayla stepped foward. The mother felt relaxed see someone familiar.

"it's getting dark you should stay for the night" Annie wasn't so sure with the offer because she had a bad feeling. But seeing how grateful the mother was she agreed.

out of the blue, Adam grabbed her hand and won't let go when his mother dragged him into their home.

According to Kayla Adam had a traumatize incident causes him to unable to speak. Even if talked, he cannot pronounced it well. The only person understood him was his late-brother.

That night they were having a feast, a sudden hunger made them gobble things up as fast as lighting, except for Adam. Meanwhile, Annie lost her appetide after a bite of green apple.

she whispered 'this is odd if i'm not mistaken they didn't have enough food" she rolled her upside down especially under the table.

A spirits wouldn't touched the ground, for the earth wouldn't dare to accept such vengeful creatures.

Those madness, jealousy, boredom and even forgetting their purpose of seeking forgiveness they troubled human instead.

Lanterns reflected every darkened corner, a shitty village became merrier through the night boys and girls were in joy.

'this is odd' Adam hugged her arm. He trembled.

"is it not to your liking sir?" a young maiden appeared with a glass of booze placed it in front of fat Annie.

"I'm not feeling well" the girl in the pink laces dress greeted her with a smile. The more she looked at it, the more frightening it seems. Rather than smiling, the maiden was grining like a Joker. Plus every single one of them had lines on their faces started from the mouth. They weren't blinking. The answer was the had no eyelids.

Annie had a goosebump. In fact, the people they encountered that evening had gone with the wind.

There were only younger generation joining them tonight. Annie got thirsty, she lifted the glass and prayed for a blessing, just then her sights got blurry and she have diziness. The world echoed.

She rested her eyes for a minute. She took a sip but she stopped she spitted the booze back. Surprisingly she was holding an empty bamboo with worms in it.

"what the shit.." Although it was dark, those tiny worms is to much to be visible. she casted it away.

"what's wrong?" Little did she knew, maiden sat next to her. Sstrooking Annie thigh gently.

Still smiling.

"nothing" She knew what is going on and she's started to not feeling well. No wonder Adam was scared, the boy sees them since the entrance.

Annie acted normal though she saw how Kayla and Nayden were eating plenty of rubbish and stinky meats while liquids drolled out of those creatures' mouth. Appetizers?

"erpp.. " She puked.

"sir.." the not so pretty maiden putting some efforts seducing Annie, what a shame she's not a man, and she saw how the hell she looks like.

A bloody mouth with a long slimy tongue that was licking Annie's abdoment. Those unwashed thin fingers added with blackken and rusted iron from bloods disgusted her.

This is a tenstacles eater. Annie felt herbeats.

'I don't wanna die from losing my private part..it's embarrassing'' Kayla approached her, crunching over some dead leaves she's drunked.

"Say Kayla I think we need to go now..it's bed time. Nayden boy wake up" Nayden refused. Out of patient and scared she slapped him on the face. A spirits whose with Nayden seems suspicious of Annie.

"Imbecile I'll burn you in a brazen bull!!" immediately her two servants widen their eyes. Wide awake.

"yes your greatness" they asked to be excused from the extravagant feast and headed to the given home.

"I'm scared" Adam clinged over shoulder and cried. Annie comforted him and told Adam to close his eye. Those thing still watches over them.
