After his first hard-fought battle Shen rests above a tall tree.

Frowning in pain he injured his right arm and his back. During the battle although I he suffers from the pain, it's bearable because of the adrenaline rush.

Now that the battle is over his body is all aching and his breathing is heavy "huff huff"

"I want to sleep right now but I'm afraid it's too dangerous in this situation." Said in a tired voice.

The blood in his is gushing out and now he's treating it with the low-rank Potion Medicine he bought.

"I'm thankful I bought this before I go here, maybe I can avoid the worst situation dying here."

While resting Shen heard the howls of Fire Wolves, maybe they're attracted by the noise of the battle earlier.

A lone Fire Wolf is considered a Middle-Rank Beast but a Pack Fire Wolf even a Village could be annihilated by them.

"I'm such an idiot shouting and causing all those loud noises, now I'm in much bigger trouble."

His shouting attracted the Fire Wolves and the smell of blood he and the Goblin produce are now being followed.

The howls are nearing and Shen is in an extremely dangerous situation. He had no way out and his rations are only worth a couple of days.

The Fire Wolves can't climb a tree but they can spit fire burning the tree. "I have no choice but to escape quickly from these places, no one is saving me here."

Arriving at the scene a young lone Fire Wolf eats the dead Goblin on the ground. A small Goblin can't make its stomach full.

Usually, Fire Wolves come in the pack but other Fire Wolves are ambitious and want to be the Alpha, they battle with the strongest in their pack, and if they lose they leave the pack.

This Fire Wolf is one of them, challenging an Alpha at a young age shows how strong his ambition is.

After eating the Goblin, this Fire Wolf tracks the other blood that its nose scent.

At the same time, Shen is extremely tired he wants to rest. He looks at the sky and all he sees are trees and leaves

"Maybe I'm dying I'm such a dumb kid going here alone." Shen cried.

"I don't wanna die I'm scared of dying, I didn't even properly say goodbye to my father." Tears are rushing down his face.

His cry is echoing in the cave, Shen didn't notice that it was a Goblin Hideout.

After his crying had been heard the Goblins inside the cave came out laughing at him.

"kkkkikk kkikikk"

"What that fckk!! am I fated to die this time" cursing his luck? Although there are only 5 Goblins because the other go out in a hunt, these 5 are plenty enough to kill him.

"I have no more strength in me I'm really tired and exhausted but I don't wanna die" Shen gathered his thoughts once again and tried to run.

But before he could do anything the young lone Fire Wolf enter the cave "awooo!"

The Fire Wolf shows its dominance over other species here.

Shen directly goes behind a rock although the Fire Wolf notices him its attention is on the Goblins because they're the real danger here.

An adult Fire Wolf has no trouble facing even 20 Goblins.

But alone young Fire Wolf is a different story, even just 5 little Goblins can threaten his life.

That's because his "Fire Spit" can only use a few times and the power is not completely enough to kill a Goblin with one blow.

The Goblin is slightly intimidated by the Fire Wolf but they realize it's only a young one.

So the Goblin makes the first move 4 Goblins are using melee attacks with crude weapons.

The First goblin tries to stab the Fire Wolf but it easily dodges him.

The Fire Wolf is fast but there's five Goblin and there's one using a bow. The Goblin aim at the Fire Wolf's paw and successfully hit him.

The Fire Wolf growl in pain "GRRR!" He tried to use "Fire Spit" on one of the Goblin and hits its head.

The injury in his paw is slowing him down.

The Goblin runs in pain wild the others try to Smash the head of the Fire Wolf using clubs.

The Goblin swings at the Fire Wolf and it damages it greatly. The Fire Wolf movements become sluggish and easier to hit again.

Shen watches this battle and no matter who wins he thinks that he's gonna die, but he wanted to help this young Fire Wolf.

Before the Goblins tried to hit again Shen cast a Nature Magic "Continuos Bind" a series of Binds have been cast on the Goblin enabling the 4 of them to move.

Then he cast his other skill "Thorns" the Goblins cried in pain while the Fire Wolf makes its move.

The Fire Wolf uses his skill "Fire Spit" on the Archer Goblin burning its face. While the others can't move the Fire Wolf hurries before the bind losses the effect.

He Bites the other 2nd Goblin and Slash the 3rd Goblin using his claw.

But the other Goblins broke free from the "Bind" Smashing the Fire Wolf body.

The Fire Wolf Scream in pain "Arff" it broke its ribs, but before the 4th Goblin smashes again.

Shen casts Nature Magic and uses "Whip Vine" and "Torn" altogether he whips the goblin so hard that it kills it within 1 attack.

Now the Fire Wolf has seen his chances to attack once again killing the other Goblins.

Shen and the Fire Wolf fight together the Fire Wolf in the front and Shen supporting him they annihilate all the Goblin together.

After the fight, the young Fire Wolf is nearly dying from his injury.

Shen is also exhausted and tired, but before Shen passes out he uses his remaining Potion Medicine to heal the Fire Wolf and giving it food.

He didn't use the low-rank Potion Medicine on his self because his injury is severe and the low-rank Potion Medicine has no effect on it.

"I'm grateful if you survive this battle I hope that before I die I can save you."

After eating together Shen passes out from extreme exhaustion and sleep without noticing that a deadly beast is on his side is also extremely grateful for him.

While Shen was sleeping the Fire Wolf make its initiative to follow Shen and make a contract with him making the young Fire Wolf Shen's first Companion.
