The Vanarain Archipelago I

The Vanarian Archipelago, a chain of islands in the Searian Ocean, between the Anglian continent and the Great Continent. Centuries ago, these islands housed a great port. Countless ship would rest here from their journey between the continents, while tourist would come to see the stunning sights.

The travelling ships brought so much gold that the islands turned into a merchant state, with droves of treasure. The rulers of Vanaria gained so much influence due to their port that no kingdom wanted to offend them.

All was well and prospering until the 'dragon' arrived. The islands were turned to ruins in a day. Tens of thousands died, while thousands were forced from their lands. Two centuries had passed since that day, and the ‘dragon’ still ruled these islands.
