Super earth has ships other than super destroyers so lets see. Note that i'm only counting the navy cause the covenant likely won't bother with a ground invasion and would just glass every world they encounter since they don't have forerunner artifacts and that i won't bother counting the other ship types and will just add a multiplier at the end to make up for it.

A super destroyer should be very roughly around 200 meters so assuming a doubling size increase would have cruisers at 400m, battleships 800 dreadnoughts 1600. Now it's indeterminate how many ships super earth has due to how sparse information about this is but from what we see i'm assuming each planet has 150 deployment sections and each section has 50 destroyers(it's unrealistic to count the player amount for total destroyer count), including the liberated worlds there's 18 contested worlds meaning 135k destroyers double that for other ships equal 270k add 50% for the garrison back home and you have 405k destroyers equivalents.

For the covenant fleet i'll use an intermediate estimate because the covenant navy size is still not concrete. Assuming it's in the low tens of thousands thus around 20k. Much less than super earth but covenant ships has size over super earth's ships.

Assuming around 40% are CCS Battlecruisers because they're the bread and butter of Covenant fleets each are 1782 meters long, 862m wide and 230 high. Calculating it would mean 1 CCS is equivalent to 631 destroyers in volume.

40% is 8k ships times 631 equals the volume of 5.048.00 super destroyers. You already know who has the bigger navy by volume. (the Covenant technically doesn't have a true official navy that has every Covenant Warship under its jurisdiction but i'm not bothered enough to explain the lore)

I'm not counting every damn ship and making as accurate an assumption for amount i can.

And lets not talk about the 28.960 meters long, 11.447 meters wide and 152 billion tonnes CSO Supercarriers plus how the covenant just has superior technology in the fight between them and super earth.
