1 The beginning
'Cant believe the lengths I go through to see such beauties'!

'Is this a type of heaven, thank god I didn't go to hell'. Kaz exhaled of relief while walking around.

I started walking around in hopes to find the nearest village.
But I don't really know my way around here.

Each step had my heart pumping in hopes to not encounter a monster.

He then smiled.

I took a step back.
"Yea, uhm I just remembered where it is, nevermind"! I waved as I turned around.

It was a pretty big village actually.
The walls surrounding thr village were made out of stone, probably a city instead, it was quite vast?
As we walked upto the guards, Ryker presented a card to them, they easily let him through.
As I walked up, they blocked the entrance with their spears.
"Halt, the Fee is 10 Copper Coins".
'Are you fucking kidding me, I don't got shit'!
"Here this should cover it".
Ryker handed over 10 copper coins to the guards.
They nodded and I was able to enter.
Even though he paid for my fee there's no way I'm being near him.
'I gotta run now'.
But I couldn't, Ryker was not leaving me out of his sight.

Ryker was looking impatient.
"Come with me". He grabbed my arm and started dragging me somewhere.
I tried to pull but I still wasn't strong enough.

We eventually arrived at an alleyway.
"Since you don't wanna make the first move, I will".
He pushed my back against a wall and grabbed the back of my head.

I tried to resist as hard as I can, pushing and twisting my body.
I closed my eyes but it stilled happened.

Kaz wasn't moving, he just stood there, looking at the ground. He couldn't believe that just happened.
Usually when he sees stories similar to this situation a hero would come through to save him, but no one showed up.
Kaz then spat on the floor and wiped his mouth.
Trembling slightly Kaz then called the Menu.
'Menu'.
He was rather silent when he allocated all his points into Strength bringing it upto 6.
But he knew it wasn't enough to resist Ryker.
'I can't stay here'.
He's gonna come back and do far worse things, he had to go to another village.
Kaz left the alleyway and looked around the village. There was many people in this village, it was very busy. You could smell all types of food in the air.
'There should be a sort of taxi around here, right'?
But he sadly couldn't find any as this village was a bit too big and he didn't wanna get lost.
'Wait, I got points'! Suddenly recalling he earned 100 points from entering the village.
'Menu'
I went to the store and there was plenty of items!
There was healing potions, boosters that increase one's stats but they were far too expensive.
What I need right now..
Maybe a weapon? To defend myself from Ryker.
Indeed Kaz bought a weapon.

The dagger looked decent, whoever made this definitely didn't rush this and put effort into it, but it could be better.

People were cheering and drinking to the fight.

I look back to see Ryker on top of Fang, repeatedly punching him in the face.
My heart raced at what I'm gonna do next.
I took out the Light Steel Dagger to my right hand.
Seeing this many people were astounded.
"Was that spatial magic"?
"I didn't sense any mana, perhaps an item"?
Each step towards Ryker's back got heavier each step.
'As long as I injure him I'll be fine'.
Kaz finally reached upto Ryker's back, gripped the dagger with both hands.

He plunged it at his right shoulder, only half of the dagger got plunged in.
The crowd cheered on the fight like it's all a show to them.
"Aggghhhh"!
Ryker quickly got up and span around.
"You fucking whore after all I done for you"! He gripped Kaz's neck.
"I-I'm sorry, someone please help".
No one really went to help after seeing that.
After all this is a beginners area which mostly consists of E-Ranked adventurers.
'I should of just left this damn village'!
"So, I guess I should kill him".
"N-no, Ryker let's just leave, I'll be good for now on". Kaz gave a forced smile even though he was still getting choked.
This caused him to forget about Fang as he grabbed Kaz around the waist.
"Then let's go".
Kaz gave one final look back at Fang, he felt like he would see him again some day.
