1 The beginning

It felt like the best thing in the world. One possible combination of comfort that I didn't wanna leave or get up from, laying in my bed in the early sun filled morning, letting the soft gentle covers devour me into the endless comfort of rest. But as the day got alittle further ahead the sun light would shine softly through the bedroom window, and hit my eyes. Immediately taking my comfort, sitting up slowly as I rub my eyes and look around my sunlit room, my eyes still half asleep, my hair falling into my face as I make a soft giggle. Yawning I crawl out of bed and go to my closet to get ready for today.

My life is a little different though, my life taking part in a castle, around a big town and forest, having everyone you see bowe down and treat you like everything. But in all that confusion...i try not to get out much because of it, not liking all the attention of royalty. However it wasn't always like this, worse actually. In my early life my former parents didn't exactly care about me...tried to get rid of me whenever they got the chance, and they did. One fateful day they just kicked me out, still young it was hard to do anything and I had to be careful and defend for myself. And a few days later, dazed from hunger from the less food I got, stumbling over eventually and onto the ground. The last thing I remember after waking up was a friendly face, looking down at my body as they picked me up and carefully placed me on the back of their horse, hoisting themselves up and holding me close with their warm embrace. My feelings of self doubt went away and I melted into his arms and smiled a little, my eyes starting to droop, falling to comfort as the man with the friendly face that I saw, the only thing I had left in my life, trotted off into the distance into the woods.

Waking up for the next time was actually something I would have never expected and still is weird today. When my eyes opened from the last time I closed them, they gazed upon huge stone walls, vines slithering up there walls and making it all like a light green color, a large garden area out front with the bright color of each flower, blooming all around, the smell of each different sent, catching me off guard as I rub my eyes from my rest. Still being really tired because of how little food I was getting, making it hard to move hardly at all but I managed to sit up a little and stair wonders at the place I was looking at, the sun gently shining over the walls in a somewhat comforting way as I get a slight feeling of what could be. A large castle, standing in front of me, waiting, to be explored by the new one here.

As my eyes explored the scene before me, a soft smile crossed my face. Then it fading as I finally started to feel what was behind and under me, sitting on the horse as I get a little nervous, then look up behind me to see the man that saved me from my possible resting place, his face bright and with a smile as he rubs my back gently, a little comfort coming to sense as i detence slowly and relax into his warm grasp, letting him comfort me. This is the first since of care and love I've gotten. And what it felt...really nice and I didn't wanna leave it. Smiling once more as I looked up at the castle and the man after, I noticed a shimmering on a small crescent pendant he wore, not coming to mind...but I felt that I had seen it before. But I was still slightly dazed and I didn't think much of it, peering back at the castle. Suddenly I felt myself being raised, the man cradling me in his arms as he climbed off the horse, then gently sitting me down.
