Shu Haoyu then looked around the room for a few seconds to make sure Mei Qi was no longer inside his room.

“So she has really gone out.” He thought as he started walking towards his bed.

On the bed, a set of clothes was already prepared by Mei Qi.

Once he reached the bed, he started dressing himself. “What a nice taste she has,” he said as he wore a dachang, a white zhongyi paired up with a soft black shenyi.

An elegant set of clothes which he wore, giving off a majestic feeling that made him look like someone who came from a wealthy powerhouse.

“Haa~, the fabric was really nice and comfortable.” He said as he released a satisfied breath. He then added, “Put that aside, I wonder where should I go today? I said to Mei that I wanted to go out but I haven’t decided the place yet,” he pondered.

“Maybe I can try to ask Yao Yin? She should know a few good places to visit,” he thought.

As he continued to think, he suddenly heard a sound of someone knocking on the door.

A sudden knock followed by a voice saying, “Young Master, it’s time for breakfast! Have you finished your bath?”

“Oh, Mei? Yes, I’m done. Please wait a second. I’m coming,” he said as he hurriedly rushed to the door.

Haoyu then later opened the door and greeted her with a smile.

“Shall we go now?” Haoyu asked.

Hearing no response from her, he became puzzled. He then subconsciously noticed that Mei’s face was slightly red.

“Mei… Are you okay? Your face… looks slightly red,” Haoyu couldn’t help but ask.

The question that he asked was answered with an unexpected answer.

“Young Master, you look so good in that. The outfit really matched well with you,” Mei unconsciously replied as she was too charmed by Haoyu’s looks.

Hearing this, Haoyu couldn’t help but smile even more. He was genuinely happy with Mei’s compliments.

Mei at this moment became panicked. She realized that she had accidentally said something that she shouldn’t have.

“E-ehh, Young Master, I’m sorry. I accidentally spoke nonsense,” Mei said in a panicked voice.

“Thank you, Mei,” Haoyu instantly replied with a cheerful smile.

“E-ehh?” she was baffled.

She was actually afraid that Haoyu would get the wrong idea about the sudden compliment. “S-sure, Young Master,” she replied with a slightly rosy face and a smile.

“A-anyway, we should get going now. All of them were already at the dining hall waiting for you,” she added.

Both of them then started walking towards the dining hall.

Soon after they arrived, he could see that the hall was filled with luxurious decorations.

The hall was not really huge, but it was completely extravagant.

In the middle of it, there existed a large, stylish-looking, round-shaped table filled with all kinds of food, and everyone was already seated around it.

All of them were waiting for his presence before starting to eat breakfast.

Haoyu then walked towards Yao Yin and took a seat beside her.

A few seconds later, everyone started eating breakfast in peace.

After breakfast, everyone returned to their respective rooms except for Haoyu. He stayed at the dining hall with Yao Yin and some other maids, including Mei Qi.

“So, Yao Yin, I’m planning on going out today, but I don’t know a good place to go. Can you give me an idea?” Haoyu asked.

“You’re going out? With who? And for what?” Yao Yin instantly replied, throwing a lot of questions at Haoyu.

“Yes, and I’m going with Mei. Not really doing anything, just planning on taking a stroll.”

Heard this, Mei Qi was left surprised. She was weirded out as Haoyu never mentioned about both of them going out together. She also didn’t expect that Haoyu would want to go out with her.

“Hmm~ Mei…” Yao Yin said as she slowly gazed at Mei.

“U-umm, I didn’t know a-anything about this, I swear. Young Master has never mentioned to me at all!” Mei instantly replied with a startled voice, and she became panicked.

Mei was scared that Yao Yin might have gotten the wrong idea about their relationship, thus she refuted what Haoyu said. Although she was happy with what Haoyu said, they are only a servant and a master, and Yao Yin is the fiancée of her master. That’s why she didn’t dare to cross the boundary.

“Ohoh, don’t say you’re jealous, Yin’er?” Haoyu said in a sarcastic voice.

“Yin’er? Who let you use such a nickname? How daring of you, huh?” Yao Yin also replied in a sarcastic voice.

"Hoo~, and why do i need a permission to create a nickname for my own fiancée huh?"

The two of them kept on holding their urges to laugh until a few seconds later, both of them suddenly burst out laughing.

“Ahah, enough-enough, I can’t continue this anymore, otherwise, I would have died of laughter.”

“Haha, me too, so I think we should have stopped here,” Haoyu chuckled.

“About the place… how about the Myriad Heaven City? It was a small city that was supported by the sect, could be said it was also under the sect, and most of the sect disciples spend their free time by going to the city.”

“Myriad Heaven City? Seems like a good place to go,” Haoyu replied.

“I have decided, we will go to that city right now,” he added.

On the other hand, Mei Qi was too overjoyed. She was so happy on the inside, making her smile all over to her ear. Even though she knew her status was only a maid, she was really happy with what she heard.
