SHE felt so empty and light. The first and only thing she could do was to take her car keys and rush home. Her life depended on that now.

On reaching home, she saw an ambulance blaring it's siren. Her heart stroke, no. This can't be true. She rushed up the stairs to see so many people inside and many more flooding. Joshua! Her son! Was what she could think of.

She went closer to where people surrounded and saw him. Blood flooded the rug and corridor, he was under the swing as well as sitting on it, with his head slightly opened and his neck bone partially exposing.

It seemed Joshua was swinging by himself and over swung himself which caused the fatal accident.

"Joshua?!" Liz called. She believed Joshua was somewhere inside playing a prank on everyone.

She saw Spencer utterly surprised also standing at the front of Joshua's body;

"Spencer! Where's Joshua?!" She cried out. God help her if she didn't faint.

"Liz, Liz, calm down" Spencer said trying to calm Liz down.

"No!!! Where's my Josh, Spencer?" She wept holding Spencer in disbelief.

All neighbors witnessed the scene. Spencer tried calming Liz down as the ambulance workers took Joshua's body with them.

"No! Spencer! They are taking him!"

"Where are you taking my Josh?!" She ran away from Spencer's grip, running outside to meet them.

"Madam please get a grip of yourself" a worker said.

"Ma'am please move back" another said.

"No! Leave my Josh! Josh?!" She ran mad with rage.

"Ma'am, ma'am" they said, taking her away; "Sire" addressing Spencer; "please tell your wife to calm herself. There's nothing that can be done" he told Spencer.

"No! No!" Liz kept pushing on.

They had to quickly take Joshua's body inside the van to avoid Liz from strangling them.

"No!"

"Madam look, listen hear. Your son has been severely damaged. His neck is dislocated and he has a severe brain seizure. Half of his brain is dead and his head is widely opened" the doctor tried to explain.

"I don't care! Give me my Joshua!" Liz was obviously going crazy.

"Liz--"

"Don't Liz me Spencer, you're not even helping here"

"Mr, please make her understand her child is gone" the doctor concluded and left.

"Liz you heard the doctor, let's---"

"No! No!"

The ambulance left.

"Why?! Why Spencer?"

Both wept but Spencer tried controlling himself not to break down like Liz.

"I killed him! I did it! If only I was at home with him" Liz swore blaming everything on herself.

"No honey, nobody did. It's not your fault he mistakenly over turned in the swing"

"Swing?! The swing you bought for him?"

"Liz look--"

"No, no! I'm not listening. You're the one to blame. Huuugh you killed our son"

"Liz!"

"Shut up asshole! You killed Josh!"

"Liz!" And Spencer received a slap, it was shocking. "I understand you're in shock! But that doesn't give you the right to blame me! For God sake Liz! Our son just died!"

"No! You murdered him!"

"Liz!"

"Don't you dare yell at me!" Liz said, greatly annoyed and Spencer had to cool her down and bring her inside. With the help of nearby neighbors, they successfully went inside; Spencer getting drunk and Liz still yelling.
