Chapter 29

The journey back home was silent. I couldn't stop thinking about what he said to me. I would stare at him from the corner of my eyes from time to time, waiting for him to say something. I couldn't even understand how I felt and I freaking blamed the pregnancy for it.

When I was done being paranoid, I noticed that we were heading the wrong way. My brows immediately furrowed together.

"This isnt the way home, where are we going Leonard" I voiced.

"I'm not letting you go back home just for you to start brooding all day" I stared blankly at him, my lips pressed together.

I didn't say anything further, just patiently waited for us to arrive at his desired destination.

We finally arrived at a place I least expected. A park. Not just any park, a children's park.
