8 Ressurected, Naked

Rainn opened his eyes. First thing he sees is the tree tops lining. Sun lighting his eyes make him squint. And then he sit back up and looking around.

Hes in the middle of the forest. But Rainn didn't remember he was going into the forest last night. He was... Inside the cave chamber.

Actually, he was buried alive inside the cave chamber that suddenly crumbling down.

But he was still alive. It's because that white light. What was that again? The power of... Systema?

Rainn have no idea what the hell is that. But he sure it's a great power if it can ressurect him even when his body is destroyed.

That power is sealed inside that stone sword he grab. Fortunately, that power comes to him before that black soldier crush his hand to pulp.

Rainn moaning when he got up. And then realized something. That power was able to resurrect him, but not his clothes.

"Goddamnit!" Rainn spat. He butt naked in the middle of the wild right now. Cold starting to covered his body.

"Hey! You should tell me this!" Rainn shouted to the sky. Hoping that mysterious voice heard him. But what replies him is just birds singing.

While grumbling, Rainn started to run. Until finally he sees the road up ahead. But even though he already find a road. What next? Asking for help? Is there anyone who want to help a naked man who came out of the forrest?

But he don't have a choice, do he? So Rainn just waiting for someone to come. While clutching his crotch.

"Shit," Rainn swore. But then, he chose to accept it. "Well, at least I'm alive."

A few minutes has passed. It's usually not a big deal. But when you naked in the middle of the wild, it is a big deal.

Cold started to make Rainn's body tremble. But nobody is passing the road yet.

Suddenly, he heard the sound of a motorcycle. Rainn feel relieved. He stand up and squint his eyes to the sound direction.

It was someone in black leather jacket and helmet. Riding a big motorcycle.

Rainn waving his hand. And tried to smile. Hoping whoever it is, he or she won't be scared of him.

The motorcycle stopped in front of him.

"H-Hai," Rainn said. Still trying his best to imitate a smile. "Would you please help me? My party left me here. And uhh, a Bandit gang robbed me."

The rider opened his--or her-- helmet. Revealing a long black hair that falling to her back.

Rainn eyes opened wide. He didn't expect that at all. It was Vyra.

"You what?" Vyra asked incredulously.

"I... I was robbed," Answered Rainn. His hope suddenly fade. He's not sure that Vyra would want to help him.

Vyra looking at Rainn from head to toe. Rainn feel like her gaze are penetrating him. His face goes warm.

Vyra then get off her bike and opened the trunk on the side. Then she give Rainn a pair of jeans and a long-sleeve shirt. All of it are in black.

"You should wear it. It maybe dirty but still better than getting cold," Vyra said.

"Yes, thank you." Rainn put the clothes on immediately in front of Vyra.

After a few seconds, Vyra get on her bike again. Rainn finished dressing.

"Get on," said Vyra.

Without asking more question, Rainn sat in back seat of Vyra's bike. He wondered what is this girl doing with a bike and where did she came from. He didn't even know that Vyra can ride a bike. In fact, Rainn didn't know anything about her.

They ride for a few minutes in silence. Until finally, Vyra started to speak.

"What actually happen to you?"

"Like I said, I was robbed," Rainn answered.

"What are your doing there in the first place?"

"I'm in mission to hunt down wendigo with The Triade guild last night."

Vyra's eyebrows curved, "The bandit robbing a guild party? Especially The Triade?"

Rainn then realize that his excuses are doesn't make any sense.

"Well, I was left behind. You know me. It's always been like that." Rainn tried to lie again. He can't say that he was buried alive in a cave then ressurected here.

Vyra started to feel sad. She decided won't ask again about that.

"It was lucky I found you," Said Vyra.

"Yeah." Rainn answered flatly. "Thanks."

"Are you hurt?" Vyra asked.

"No. I'm fine."

"You sure?"

"Yeah, I'm sure." Rainn looked at Vyra from behind. "Do you always this generous?"

Vyra looking at Rainn from the mirror, "What you mean? You think I will leave you back there, naked?"

"No. I mean in school to. You always tried to help anyone who get bullied. Including me."

Vyra was silent for a moment, "I hate those kind of people."

Rainn looking at her. But didn't say anything.

"They always prey on the weak. I don't understand how people get joy from that. And helping people in need always been teached in my family."

"Must be good." Rainn commented.

"What is?" Vyra asked.

"To have a family," Rainn answered bitterly.

Vyra felt the pain in Rainn's voice. She didn't dare to give anything to say about that because she don't know anything about Rainn's feeling. And she don't wanna pretend to know.

Finally, the city wall is seen up ahead. They can see the glimmer of a mystical dome that covered Al'Modred under the morning sun.

They pass the wall gate. When they are already inside the city, Rainn said to Vyra to let him get off.

"I can take you to your place," Vyra offering.

"No, thanks. I owe you already," Rainn replied while getting off.

"Hey, don't think about that." Vyra said with smile.

Rainn can see why she is popular. She is cute, strong, and kind. And she have a gorgeous smile. Rainn just realize that when he see it this close now.

"Alright, see you at school tomorrow." After saying that Vyra started her bike again and go.

That's when suddenly something appears in Rainn's vision.
