Section 2 Problem in Office

The Boss was not happy with Suraj. Suraj knew he was below par in the team, which consisted of twenty one guys and gals, three of them being married, Prasanna, Arati and Nausad. Suraj himself along with another, Adhir, was the other elders of the group. They barely crossed thirty. Atish was their Team Leader. Their project was to deal with a renowned British financial company, providing solutions. The work-process was a mixture of BPO (Business Process Outsource), KPO (Knowledge Process Outsource) and technical solutions. Documents were retrieved from half-the-world-away London, calculated, processed, reports generated in Mumbai, and then sent back in a secured gateway. To assist there was a girl from offshore, a brunette, Salena. 

Suraj was a slow-learner. One day he decided to be fast and said to himself, "OK I have learnt the process, now I will do whatever I think to be right." What happened was that he ignored two comments in back to back two cases, as he deemed them fit to be ignored. Those cases were marked as errors and the General Manager was furious while judging the weekly performances. He was hell bound to fire him, but stopped short from doing so at the earnest request of TL Hariharan, a South Indian by descend, who happened to be the room-partner of Suraj. Hari himself took over the responsibility of Suraj's development.

Suraj took all this in his heart in a peculiar way. The result was that he became inwardly with a peaceful demeanor.
