27 Training on Earth

Kalan landed outside Kamehouse and knocked on the door.

"No answer... But I can clearly feel a Ki signature." Kalan mumbled as he opened the door and stepped in. The door wasn't even looked.

"Well not like anyone would come to this small island out in the nowhere." Kalan said.

"Uhehehe." The Turtle Hermit's perverted laughter could be heard as Kalan walked in and saw an bald old man stare at the TV with his face glued to the screen.

"Hey old man!" Kalan shouted, but Turtle Hermit ignored him.

Annoyed, Kalan kicked his butt and he rolled away.

"What was that for!" Master Roshi shouted.

"But you're pretty strong, would you like to learn martial arts under me?" Master Roshi said and assumed a serious look.

But soon after he seemed dazed and mumbled pervertedly "..will definitely grow up into a beauty..."

Kalan's mouth twitched upon hearing that.

"It depends if you can amaze me. I heard your rumored Kamehameha is amazing." Kalan thought and said.

"No way!" Master Roshi rejected and then continued "Well, only if you promise to let me motorboat you when you grow up."

Kalan's mouth twitched again. But after some thought he smirked and said "Sure, only if you still want to. But you better amaze me with the Kamehameha."

"I wonder how he'll react once he finds out I'm a boy." Kalan thought mischievously.

"Alright! Look carefully. This is my original creation which took 50 years to create." Master Roshi said with pride as he walked to the beach.

Master Roshi first took of his shirt, he looked skinny and bony. He then used Pump Up, turning himself into a buff muscular man.

"KA-ME-HA-ME-HA!" Master Roshi shouted as he charged a blue energy ball that spun in his hands. And then he pushed his hands forward and shot out an energy beam out at the ocean. The ocean parted as the energy wave flew forward.

"Hm... I see now. I need to spin it as I compress the energy, it will compress it much better than trying to compress without the spin." Kalan thought and then flew away leaving a smug Master Roshi standing there while boasting.

"See! What do you think? This is the most powerful technique on Earth! Only by studying under me will I teach you the Kamehameha." The smug Master Roshi bragged as he slowly turned around only to find himself standing at the beach.

"Whaaa- Where did she go?" Master Roshi asked as he looked around confused.

"It's been a year, I should collect the dragon balls and put them back in place." Kalan said as he took out the dragon radar from his storage space.

Although Kalan could easily teleport to each location and locate all the dragon balls in mere minutes. He decided to take it slow and enjoy himself as he rode on his cloud.

It took him 3 days of leisurely finding the dragon balls and putting them back on their original places. While at it since he needed to put the 2 star dragon ball back at Capsule Corporation's warehouse. He went and visited Tights who happily treated him to a big meal.

"I really need to make some money..." Kalan thought as he swept the table clean for the 5th time.

Kalan first mastered Kamehameha which was the simplest technique he had. Then he decided to practice shaping Ki. Because his Ki control was quite high, it went quite well albeit taking quite the time. Although Destructo disc were very sharp and he could try to cut Frieza to piece with it. It wasn't that useful as it was easy to dodge. So Kalan shaped his hands like swords with Ki. Something similar to Vegito's Spirit Sword move. But shorter and easier to use in close combat.

Kalan also practiced the Spirit Bomb which would be his strongest move against Frieza. Earth have a lot of nature and even a sun close by. Giving him a lot of resources to gather energy from.

10 Months went by quickly as Kalan practiced with all he had.

"Too bad even though my battle power have increase to 2,000,000 I'm unable to increase my Kaioken past 5x. Even just 5x puts my body on a huge burden, such that I can't use it for long." Kalan mumbled. It seems that having a kids body put him in a real disadvantage.
