Lycaon Vs Varaska

Lycaon felt dread enter his heart as he observed the Demonic Beast transform into a giant shadowy dragon. He thought it was shadow magic at first, but the beast's control on shadows had far exceeded a normal shadow users' control.

"My name is Varaska, the Dark-Fiend. I'm one of the eight Gatekeepers of Portal and the third most dangerous despite my rank." The Demonic Beast spoke.

Suddenly, a veil of utter darkness enveloped the surroundings area, plunging everything into a pitch-black abyss. Lycaon noticed that he couldn't hear anything at all once the veil appeared and couldn't even focus on Varaska without being disoriented.

Varaska suddenly disappeared from his vision as he frantically looked around, trying to locate its location. His widened in shock as he felt a painful sensation in his abdomen. He looked down and noticed five claws had pierced through his body.
