Uchiha Sasuke gained fame once again all around the battlefield along with Haruno Sakura. They teamed up and were undefeated in battle even against Elite Jounins from other villages.

Uchiha Sasuke would attack and from time to time, Haruno Sakura would make seals out thin air to attack. Whether it be attack seals, defense seals, or support seals, as long as it's possible she would make it appear out of thin air from writing seals in the air.

Truly a cheat like ability born from booksmarts and hardwork.

With their triumph in the battlefield, they were given time to come back to Konoha to rest.

Yuki Haku also gained fame in the battlefield as the 'White Robed Reaper'.

She appears in the battlefield walking playfully almost like strolling in her garden.

No matter where she goes, she'll kill all the enemies at her sight instantly. People don't even know how they die, they just do.

Hence, the nickname 'White Robed Reaper'. White Robed was obtained from her pure white robes that she wears and reaper from the term 'Death Reaper'.

She was also allowed to return to Konohagakure to rest. The battlefield was quiet. Both Konoha's allied camp with Iwa and Kumo's separate camp on guard. It was time to rest while they were recovering supplies.

Upon returning, Uchiha Sasuke immediately seeked Sakura's master, Senjuu Tobirama to fight. He wanted to put this old man on the ground. Upon arriving at the training ground with Senju Tobirama. 

Sasuke equipped [Sharingan] and [Lightning Chakra Mode]. And attacked Tobirama without warning.

Clang!

Tobirama caught it with his fan and backflipped using the force from Sasuke's attack and sighed "What an impatient brat."

Sasuke snorted and reappeared beside Tobirama as he reached the ground "It's what I learned in the battlefield, those who strikes first wins!"

[Chidori!]

Tobirama threw a kunai into a tree that caught Sasuke's attention.

Swish!

Tobirama teleported using [Flying Thunder God Jutsu]

Meanwhile, Sasuke appeared again by the side with a kunai equipped with [Lightning Chakra Blade]. Making Tobirama smile in excitement 'This brat has grown!'

Tobirama equipped his fan with a water jutsu [Smoldering Water]. Soft thick like substance similar to that of a slime to catch the [Lightning Chakra Blade].

At point blank between the smashing of the fan and the blade, it was as if the sword was a dull knife trying to cut a dough. It bounced back and sent Sasuke backwards.

Tobirama rotated his body, and dashed forward with [Body Flicker]. And slammed his fan downwards at Sasuke.

Sasuke saw it with his [Sharingan] and dashed to Tobirama's original location.

Swish!

Tobirama smiled at this sight and thought 'Got you brat!'

The ground lit up and a bunch of seals appeared on the ground.

A four sided wall appeared on the ground and trapped Sasuke.

Sasuke immediately used [Susanoo] "Susanooo!"

A purple energy surrounded his body, directly breaking the barrier seal.

'Susanoo?' Tobirama frowned at this sight and asked cautiously "How did you achieve such a thing? Did you kill a teammate?"

Sasuke snorted and condensed the Susanoo into a human size and became an armor that surrounded his body at point blank range.

He conjured a sword made out of the sharingan's chakra and dashed with [Lightning Chakra Mode] and teleported above Tobirama and slashed downwards.

Tobirama kept applying Water Chakra Nature to his fan and deflected the sword away.

Tobirama asked again but this time it was even colder. "How did you achieve Susanoo?!"

Sasuke teleported away and snorted "I don't know why you know so much about the Uchiha's old man but I didn't kill a teammate!"

Tobirama calmed down and asked again "So how did you achieve it?"

Sasuke explained "At that time when I thought my brother killed Sakura. I felt intense anger but I knew that was not the reason… it was because of l…"

"Love right?" Tobirama interrupted and chuckled, "Who knew you could achieve it like that."

Sasuke looked at Tobirama in surprise. "How did you know?"

Tobirama slowly removed his mask to reveal his face "How can I not know when the Uchihas were my enemies most of my life."

Sasuke frowned seeing his eyes "You… You're not alive?"

Tobirama nodded and replied "That's right. I'm Senju Tobirama! The 2nd Hokage!"

"Senju…" Sasuke muttered for a bit before remembering it.

Tobirama used [Body Flicker] to appear beside Sasuke who was wearing Susanoo armor like an ordinary one and said as he observed "But still… How'd you think of this? Even back in the days I've never seen an Uchiha with such a susanoo."

Sasuke flinched for a bit but saw that Tobirama didn't have any ill intent and replied "It's because I found the huge form a liability. I can't use it to move as fast and quiet as I wan… Urghhh!"

Sasuke deactivated the Susanoo not of his own will but automatically because of the pain it brought to his eyes. He fell down with one of his knees on the ground "Huff… huff…"

Tobirama observed and replied as he shook his head "Although mangekyou sharingan gives a great power, the price to pay for such power is huge. It's an unexpected gain for you to achieve it but in due time your eyes will both be blinded even without using its power. Using it will further make your eyesight worsen."

"I will become blind?" Sasuke asked as he glanced at Tobirama for a bit and back to the ground as if he already knew it. Although his eyesight hasn't gotten that worse, he already noticed it was getting worse due to using [Sharingan] all the time. He could notice it even if something was slightly wrong with the surroundings, of course he'd notice it when it affects his own sight even if it's just the slightest bit.

Tobirama nodded "It's because of the body of an Uchiha. Uchiha's body is weak to shoulder the power that the [Sharingan] holds when it's in its second to the last evolution. You'll only get rid of this side effect if your body miraculously evolves to be able to shoulder the power or get a way in the worst possible way."

Sasuke sat down on the ground and crossed his leg as he deactivated his sharingan and looked at Tobirama, "I get the first part but what's the worst possible way?"

Tobirama chuckled and replied "I guess in your case, it's not the worst possible way."

"Hm? What do you mean?"

Tobirama sheathed his fan to his back and answered as he leaned onto a tree with his arms crossed before looking at Sasuke in the eye "You have to transplant your closest relative's eyes to yourself! It's either your father, or mom that achieved mangekyou sharingan or your…" Tobirama didn't continue but merely smiled knowing Sasuke's past.

Sasuke nodded as he got it. He had to transplant his brother's eyes to himself. He wondered, was this his brother's plan from the start? If it was, it was an incredibly dumb plan. Just for him to hate him, he massacred the entire clan? I'm sure there could have been other ways. His brother was a genius, he could have thought of something better.

Tobirama nodded as well before saying "In any case, I have a mountain load of work to do, I'll go first."

Without waiting for Sasuke to respond, Tobirama used [Body Flicker] to disappear from the spot.

Sasuke ignored Tobirama who went away and analyzed his situation.

He can't rely on [Mangekyou sharingan] even if it uses less chakra than most jutsus. He had to attain [Lightning Sage Mode]. He still has the seal that Naruto gave him. It was time to learn it. He had enough Chakra to balance it.

He sat cross legged and practiced according to the manual. He had to be able to sit incredibly still.

2 hours later…

It was far more difficult than he expected.

But he still continued to train.

The war will continue soon, but it was night time and tomorrow was the day they set out for the battlefield.

Yuki Haku had grown into a fine woman that would turn heads if she ever walked outside.

"Heh? You miss me?" A voice sounded inside the room that made her flinch but she soon shook her head in denial. "I'm going crazy! When is that bastard going home!"

Uzumaki Naruto who was already in the room used [Body Replacement Jutsu] and switched places with the pillow and smiled playfully "I'm home. What do you mean bastard? Do you want me to show you how much of a bastard I am?"

Haku stared at Naruto in shock. He had grown beyond belief! He was even taller than her and also much more handsome, losing his child-like face. "N-Na… mp!"
