5 Chapter 5: Initial Pet

"Yi." The Coldjade Snake, which had been squinting its eyes, suddenly stood upright, letting out a crisp, pleasant cry.

The next moment, it shook its head, and the adorable ice crystal on its head bloomed into a mix of blue and white light, directly dispelling the blue-glowing rune circle on its forehead.

David held his breath, crouching down and placing his right hand on the head of the Coldjade Snake under the surprised look of the staff member.

A beautiful, cute pair of eyes stared directly at David Jones, appearing even more adorable and charming.

"Are you willing to form a contract with me?" David Jones' hand paused slightly while stroking the little creature, feeling the warmth between his fingers.

"Yi ya." The Coldjade Snake looked at David Jones with confusion, then proudly tapped his skin up and down with its tongue, its head swaying doubtfully.

"Would you like to? If we make a contract, you'll get these massages every day." While speaking, David Jones used Dragon Force to massage it again with his left hand.
