Chapter 118 - Contemplations

Just as his rage fueled by the anger of his own pathetic and miserable self was slowly reaching dangerous levels, causing further havoc and even potential bloodshed, suddenly a large, rough palm was placed upon Aziel's shoulder.

A powerful, yet invisible force emanated from this suddenly emerged object of intrusion, catching the usually well-guarded Aziel off guard. A cool, yet at the same time calming and soothing pulsating energy echoed throughout the area, causing both his trembling heart and tumultuous emotions to turn gentler, silent with each passing wave.

Aziel's anger slowly began to subside, all of the sudden anger, the rage was forcefully quelled. He suddenly found himself in control of his own self once again. The primordial beast within has once again turned silent, giving way to the refined gentleman that he was trying to focus on.
