15 Chapter 15 Back to Hot Spring Villa

"Your Highness, are you perhaps interested in her", Jingsheng leaned closer to Yan Xing and asked.

When they finally reached the Hot spring villa, it was already dark. Jun Yuan and Su Ming were sitting outside the villa and they were roasting meat.

Seeing them come out of the forest, Su Ming got up dusting away the dirt on his buttocks, "Your Highness, Brother Gu, what took you guys too long?"

"We lost the way inside the forest while chasing a deer", replied Jingsheng as he leaped down from his horse.

"So, you guys came empty-handed", asked Su Ming with one hand on his waist while looking for spoils on Jingsheng and Yan Xing.

"Here", Yan Xing threw him something.

Su Ming reached out his hand and deftly caught it, "Your Highness, you only caught this rabbit?"

Jingsheng was surprised too. Along the way, he was trying his best to figure out what he missed out so he had no idea when Yan Xing caught the rabbit.

Jun Yuan looked at Yan Xing and Jingsheng briefly and continued to roast the venison as he sprinkled some seasonings on it. Only the not-so-smart little Marquis Su might believe what Jingsheng just said.

He knew that Jingsheng and Yan Xing were up to something in the dark but as a smart human, he decided to act oblivious to it.

"Your Highness, that means you lost", Su Ming laughed out holding the rabbit.

"What are you laughing for? I am the one who hunted down the deer, so all of you lost and I won", Jun Yuan knocked on Su Ming's head.

The four men sat down and eat the roasted venison for the dinner. Jun Yuan's roasting skill was not to be underestimated.

"Your Highness, what is the reward for the winner?", Su Ming asked Yan Xing with an evil smile.

"Since Jun Yuan is the winner, I am willing to take out my treasured fifty-year-old wine", Yan Xing said as he gnawed on the meat bone.

"Then, I shall thank Your Highness for your generosity", replied Jun Yuan.

Su Ming's eyes brightened and looked at Jun Yuan with beaming eyes. Jun Yuan helplessly shook his head and said, "Don't worry, I will share with you"

After they were done filling their stomachs, Yan Xing soaked himself in the hot spring. He closed in eyes and leaned on the rock comfortably.

After a while, Jingsheng came to join him. Both of them didn't speak as they were lost in their thoughts.

When Yan Xing got up to leave the hot spring, Jingsheng who was on the other side of the hot spring opened his eyes and said with some seriousness, "Your Highness, I just figured out"
