Travels Of A Great One

"Must... kill, find target, devour target."

The Titanous Great One lumbered about the vast plains of Tanvene, homing in on where he last felt the life force of his contracted target. Though most Great Ones, lesser of course, have not a gender to speak of, nor thoughts to heed them, this one seemed to be different.

He did not remember why he was here, searching for something of little interest to him as a soul filled creature. He did not remember what his life was like before he arrived here, sometimes wondering if he had in fact existed before arriving in Tanvene.

Though what he did remember was that if he failed his task, death would surely await soon after. Demise, however meaningless it might sound to other Lesser Great Ones, scared him a great deal more than what should be possible.
