Father hates ginger

Next day after their first day training Nan Xi told to Xiao Ru to keep their training secret and don't tell about it any servant.

After getting dressed she went to to the dining hall to have breakfast with her parents.

"Good morning dad, good morning mom, good morning Xin ge" her cheerful voice resounded in the hall. Her smile and her voice wasn't any different fine her behaviour prior to her rebirth

"Haha my little girl have grown now" Nan Xing Wen, her father spoke delightfully.

"Father!!" She smiled with a slight blush.

"Come and eat"

Then he signalled her mother which didn't go unnoticed from her.

"Xi Xi blue colour really suits on you" her mother complimented her seeing her blue dress which have some light blue coloured flowers with white gauze as upper layer.

"Ahem Ahem" Nan Xing Wen coughed.

She knew her father was trying to send some kind of signal to her mother but she still said with a panicked expression.

"Father are you all right? Nanny Li please bring some ginger water for father it is good for cough"

Listening this her brother and Nan Xin snickered and Nan Xing Wen face darkened because the thing her father hate eating most is ginger.

Nan Xi pretended to be innocent and asked with slightly aggrieved expression "Did I said something wrong father?!"

Seeing her pitiful expression Nan Xing Wen drank ginger water unwillingly and his expression were really ugly to see.

To save him from embarrassment in front of their children her mother spoke

"Xi Xi your and father and I want to talk to you about some important matters"

Seeing their solemn expression she stopped being playful and sat quietly.
