2 chapter 2/ The Thief

one hot summer day Leah was in her bedroom reading her favorite book. When she heard a noise coming from outside. So she ran outside. there was a guy in a black hoodie. she ran outside but by the time she got there he was already gone. he had her locket in his hand."Ugh why did I take it off" she asked herself. With a look of sadness on her face she went back inside and told her parents what happened. They called the police and reported it as stolen. It's been to years since that day. She still does not know who,why or how. She has lost all hope of ever getting it back.
