Round Two

Mika stood in the tunnel and watched Izuku and Shoto's match, "How does Midoriya plan on winning against Todoroki?" she asked herself. Present Mic smiled, "Let the first match of the second round... begin!" he shouted; Shoto sent his ice towards Izuku.

Izuku was quick enough to flick his finger on the ice with the boost of his Quirk, creating gusts of wind and sending small ice chunks towards Shoto. Mika covered her face from the gusts of wind, "That is one powerful Quirk Midoriya has." she said.

Mika uncovered her face and looked at Izuku. Mika looked at Izuku's hand and saw his broken finger, "However, his drawback is terrible." she continued, "He probably has great pain tolerance if he can be like that for so long. I don't think I'd be able to handle the pain."

Mika continued watching the fight; she could hear their conversation, "Are you even trying, Todoroki!" Izuku shouted, "Everyone is giving it their all, but you're not!" Mika was shocked, "I don't think I heard Midoriya yell before." she said.

Mika looked at Shoto, "I have to prove to my father that I can win without using his power." he said. Mika got worried, *That's right... I forgot Todoroki was Endeavor's son.* she thought, *That would explain why he doesn't use his fire Quirk.*

Izuku looked at Shoto, "It's yours! Your Quirk, not his!" he shouted, "You decide your fate! Not him!" Shoto was completely shocked; soon after, fire started emerging from his left side.

Mika looked at them, "They're nuts." she said, "But... you got to love their determination." As they were about to collide, Mika noticed walls of cement forming and Midnight using her Quirk, "I need to get away from this." she said as she ran away from them.

As they collided, they destroyed the walls, causing tremendous gusts of wind. Mika tried staying on the ground and covered her face.

As Mika uncovered her face, she was shaking a bit, "Midoriya is out of the ring, Todoroki moves on to the third round." Midnight said. After some time, Mika saw the robots holding a very injured Izuku.

Mika was devastated as the robots took Izuku to the nurse's office. Mika turned to the field, "Damn... they gave it their all." she said. Mika clenched her fists, "I need to do the same thing." she continued.

(Time Skip)

After Cementoss fixed the tournament, Mika and Tenya entered the field, "The second match is about to begin!" Present Mic shouted. Mika looked at Tenya, "Hey Iida." she said; he looked at her, "What is it, Lyoko?" he asked.

Mika got serious, "Do you plan on using your special move to push me out of the ring?" she asked. Tenya looked away for a bit, "Well... don't." Mika said.

Mika transformed into a kitsune hybrid and made a fighting stance, "I want to have a good fight like Midoriya and Todoroki." she continued, "I won't take 'no' for an answer."

Tenya sighed, "If that's what you wish for, fine." he said. Tenya made a fighting stance, "However, I won't hold back." he continued; Mika smiled, "Nor will I." she said.

"Let the second match... begin!" Present Mic shouted; Tenya charged towards Mika. Tenya went for a right kick, but Mika jumped over him. Mika held her hand out to one of the fires coming out of the field.

The fire wavered a bit and moved towards Mika; she pointed to Tenya, making the fire go after him. Tenya quickly dodged the fire; he got close to Mika and continued kicking her. Mika blocked and dodged Tenya's kicks.

When Mika looked behind her, she noticed she was getting close to the line. Mika gritted her teeth and turned to Tenya, "Not happening." she said. Mika's eyes stared glowing blue, surprising Tenya.

As Mika's eyes glowed, everything froze in time except for her. Mika jumped over Tenya and moved towards the center of the field, "That should be good." she said. The glow in Mika's eyes started fading away, returning time.

Almost everyone was completely shocked, "What the heck just happened!?" Present Mic shouted, "Could Lyoko be a lot faster than Iida!"

Tenya turned his head to Mika, "That's a powerful creature if you can freeze time." he said. Tenya turned his head to Mika, "However..." he continued as he sprinted towards her, "Can you keep up?"

Tenya hit Mika, making her move back a bit. Mika looked at Tenya and made copies of herself, surprising him; the copies charged towards him.

Tenya tried looking for the real Mika, but she was too fast as some of her clones scratched him and others launched fire towards him.

Tenya got frustrated, "This is going nowhere." he said. Tenya did a swirl kick with a boost from his Quirk, causing her illusions to disappear.

Mika stood back and tumbled a bit, *Shit, I'm reaching my limit.* she thought. Mika looked at Tenya, *But... I have to keep going.* she thought.

Mika charged towards Tenya with a barrage of punches; he dodged some of them and got hit by a few. Tenya did the same and sent his kicks at Mika; she dodged a few.

After some time, they were exhausted; Mika was determined, "I need to finish this fight quickly." she said lowly. As Tenya charged towards Mika, her eyes glowed again; as time froze, she charged towards him.

Mika tried punching Tenya in the face, but she went through him; she was shocked, "Oh no... an afterimage." she said. Mika looked around, "Then where is he?" she asked herself.

As time returned, Mika turned around and saw Tenya kicking her in the stomach with a speed boost. The air got knocked out of Mika, "Reciproburst!" Tenya shouted as he launched her to a wall.

Mika hit the wall hard, making a crater form behind her, "Lyoko is knocked out, Iida moves on to the third round." Midnight said. Those were the last words Mika heard before she fell to unconsciousness.
