Chapter 10: Pregnancy and Break ups and New Relationships

It was a wonderful Friday and for some odd reason, the students of Winterfolds High are sent home early. Of course, the four girls and Jeremy went to their usual hang out place seeing as the sun was out and it was extremely hot. According to Tiffany, she didn't want to be tan. They decided went to the mall where they usually hang out now. Of course, they went to Tiffany's family's mall.

"You know, I haven't been here for a long time." Jessica said as they entered the famous mall.

"Omg why?!" Tiffany asked slightly taken aback.

"Well, why don't we switch lives? You go to EVERY Schmaguar car show every month and think of more ideas for the cars every week, while I just frolic around here." Jessica rolled her eyes.

"Geez, I never thought your life would be THAT hard. I always thought it was smooth and easy going like your cars at Schmaguar. I should know, 'cause we have a Schmaguar." Jeremy said.

"Thanks for buyi-- wait...what did you say?" Jessica asked.

"Um...we have a Schmaguar?" Jeremy said clearly confused.

"No, silly! The other one!" Jessica grinned.

"I never thought your life would be that hard?" Jeremy said confusion still evident in his voice as he spoke.

"Ugh. You know? For a smart kid, you're kinda stupid." Jessica said and crossed her arms.

"Huh? What did I-- OH!!! I know what I said already!" Jeremy laughed, "I said 'I always thought it was smooth and easy going like your cars at Schmaguar.'" He added.

"There we go!" Jessica said as she typed down what Jeremy said about Schmaguar.

"Why're you typing down what Jeremy said?" Rachelle asked.

"Well, this week my dad assigned us to think of a motto or saying for Schmaguar. And what Jeremy said was great!" Jessica clapped her hands.

"Yay, I helped!" Jeremy grinned.

"Yes you did!" Jessica said as she hugged the living daylights out of him.

"Okay. Enough of that. Let's go to our favorite restaurant! You know, where Jeremy's mom is the chef." Tiffany smiled.

"Really? And I can't believe that restaurant is still here. I thought people got sick of it." Jeremy said.

"Yeah. But I hope you don't mind. We renovated it to look modern." Tiffany bit her lip as a sign of nervousness. She was nervous about what Jeremy had to say. After all, it was his father's restaurant.

"Nice! I like it already. Dad would've liked it as well if he were alive." Jeremy said. The girls looked at him and smiled sadly.

Before it became a restaurant, it was a famous diner. Mr. Jones, Tiffany's father, and Mr. Xanders, Jeremy's father, agreed to include their diner in the mall Mr. Jones owned. They also agreed to turn in into a restaurant.

"I don't want to be a Debbie downer. Let's go. The guys said they'd meet us there!" Jeremy offered a fake smile to hide the fact that he still misses his father.

"Wait. The guys? I thought it was only us?" Tiffany asked sadly.

"Tiff, we always hang out. We should really include the guys. Besides, I miss Marius already. He could really use a break from basketball." Erica said.

"Yeah. Why don't you join us?" Rachelle asked.

"Join what?" Tiffany asked as well.

"Y'know..." Rachelle trailed off.

"No. Actually I don't." Tiffany said.

"Ugh. You know...having a boyfriend? There are many guys out there! And there are so many guys after you. Take your pick." Jessica said; helping out Rachelle with what she was pointing out.

"Yes, there are many guys out there. Yes, there are so many guys after me, but they're not my type." Tiffany said.

"Callum's your type." Jeremy said as he shoved his hands in his pockets.

"No he's not!" Tiffany argued.

"Yes he is. You like tall blonde guys who play soccer. He's a tall blonde guy who plays soccer. And he likes you...a lot. He liked you since freshman year. Give him a chance!" Jeremy said whilst silently pleading that Tiffany would finally go out with him.

"She likes him too. She just doesn't realize." Erica whispered to Rachelle. Rachelle just nods her head in agreement.

They arrived at the restaurant and sat down on their reserved table. Jeremy made sure that he and his friends would have a big ass table in the best spot of his dad's restaurant.

They ordered their usual meal. Of course, they're all free. Reason number one: Tiffany's dad owns the mall. And the restaurant IS IN the mall. And reason number two: Jeremy's dad owns the restaurant. Plus, they just needed a free meal this week. The boys eventually arrived with Callum.

"Hey boo!" Devon said as he walked up to Rachelle and hugged her.

Jack decided to 'scare' Jessica and said, "HEY!!"

"What the fuck?"

"Haha! Bae, watch your language."

"Don't scare me like that, bae." Jessica pouted.

"Aww.." and with that Jack sat down next to Jessica.

Marius walked up to Erica, kissed her cheek, hugged her from behind and said, "Hey babe"

Erica smiled and told him to sit down. Tiffany and Jeremy looked at each other.

"Tiff, I don't get it. My dad owns this restaurant. Your dad owns this mall, yet we still get out-shined by them!" Jeremy whispered as if he was about to give up on a Solar System project he's been working on.

"That's true, though. The sad truth." Tiffany agreed quietly. Jeremy and Tiffany gave each other a high five. You can tell that they're very close.

"H-hey Tiffany." Someone stuttered. Tiffany looked behind her, and saw Callum with a paper bag. "Um...this is for you." He said and handed her the paper bag.

Everyone at the table -who sat down comfortably- looked at Callum, then Tiffany. Then Callum again, then Tiffany. And finally the paper bag. Tiffany looked at the paper bag as Callum handed it to her. She looked inside and gasped. Inside, were unicorn slippers that light up.

"Oh my goodness! How'd you know?!" Tiffany squealed.

"Let's just say that I have sources..." Callum replied and looked at Jeremy and mouthed 'thank you'. Jeremy smiled and mouthed back 'you're welcome'. Tiffany showed the girls, and likewise, the girls squealed with joy.

"That's so cute!" Erica said.

"I know right! I am so gonna wear these everyday." Tiffany said as she put the slippers back in the paper bag. As she did that, Callum sat next to her. Tiffany looked at Callum and sighed, "I guess you earned it."

"Earned what?" Callum asked.

Tiffany sighed again and said, "You proved yourself worthy. And not to mention your loyalty, but I'm extremely flabbergasted that you would actually put up with me."

"Of course! I-- wait. Where are you going with this?" Callum said rather confused.

"What I'm saying is, you proved yourself worthy to become my ideal boyfriend. So, I guess it's time for me to answer..." Tiffany said. Everyone in their table stopped what they were doing and looked at Tiffany. Tiffany looked back at everyone and sighed, "Yes. I'll be your girlfriend."

Callum smiled from ear to ear; happy to hear her answer. After eating, they walked around for a little bit. They stopped in front of the fountain found at the back of the mall and sat down.

"Girls, I haven't had my period yet." Rachelle said.

"Oh my goodness. Are you pregnant?" Erica asked.

"You're pregnant?!" Jessica gasped.

"Wait. You're pregnant and you never told me?!" Tiffany shrieked.

"Wait. What?" Jeremy asked, clueless.

"WHOA. Devon, what the fuck man?" Jack said.

"Geez. You could've waited." Marius said as he put his arm around a shocked Erica.

"And that my friends is why you use protection." Callum shrugged. Everyone just looked at him. "What? It's true" Callum crossed his arms.

"You're pregnant?" Devon panicked.

"What? No! Of course not!" Rachelle said. And because of this moment, Devon uttered 5 little words that come out very strong, "I want to break up."

Everyone gasped.
