In front of Alaric's army, was yet another bandit base.

To the sides of its gate, were 2 flags. Red in color, with an "∞" symbol on them.

Alaric turned to Mike, who was at his side and said, "I can see quite a few cannons around the base. At least, their defenses are more robust than Steal Gold Gang's."

"No worries, we've long since developed anti-cannon measures," Mike reassured.

'Anti-cannon...? That isn't possible with our current technology..'

Alaric nodded despite his thoughts, giving Mike authority over the battle, much to Bob Angerfall's chagrin.

Mike switched positions with Alaric, who expressly stated that the army would be winning this battle alone.

"Men! Neither the king nor the magical beasts will support us in this battle! Skirmishers, handle those cannons! Men, column formation!"
