129 The Dagger

A small, crimson blade immediately grabbed Alaric's attention. He would recognize it anywhere.

"This blade... members of that group use it! According to Mallory's rank, he may even be Croft or Asura!"

Of course, if Mallory wasn't one of the leaders of the organization he was chasing, Alaric wouldn't feel so safe chasing them anymore. A rank-5 combat type not qualifying to be a leader would be terrifying.

'Still, if this organization got ahold of Mallory, they're powerful. Why would they attack Forger Village in the first place?' Alaric wondered.

Recently, he became much calmer when thinking about this subject. It wasn't that time was healing his wounds, but that he realized that rash revenge would never end well. 

So, Alaric began to analyze the situation as calmly as possible.

'It's obviously because of Wurst, right? But Wurst was only rank-3. I wonder why he was considered to be so important to them.'
