43 Execution II

 After Boss Beard left, Alaric had Bonnie get the slaves to a place to rest. They would remain outside until their temporary residence was built. 

'Still, the situation in front of me is more important.' Alaric thought

Alaric was on the announcement platform with Mike, who was holding an axe. In between the two of them was Penne Ryder, whose arms were tied up by Pamela, who transformed into a set of handcuffs.

Sonic was also there, wrapping one of his tentacles around Penne Ryder's neck. This tentacle was eating at the man's mana reserves, preventing him from taking any action.

"Village Chief... are you sure I should do this? I've never killed a man before, only beasts..." Mike said, almost in a whisper.

Alaric looked down at the 36 slimes that surrounded the platform, forming a line that the villagers didn't dare to cross. Bonnie, at the lead of the villagers, was watching intently.
