153 The Main Battlefield

The main battlefield, the whole Land Of Grass, a true bloodbath. Under Mū's lead, the army was doing well. Deads and wounded were nothing too serious besides for the first day.

The army had nicely progressed down south, we could say that sixy percent of the land was under Iwa's control while the other forty percent was under Konoha's control.

The shinobi had engraved Kentaro's speech deep inside their minds, they wanted Konoha to always remember this war. That's why Iwa's army layed a variety of booby traps and paper bombs all over random places, Konoha greatly suffered because of this.

"Barbarians, savages, uncivilized, that's what they call us....hahahaha!" a group of Iwa shinobi were sitting near a fire. They were part of the main camp where the majority of the forces where.

"We are geniuses, experts of war. That's why we have the upperhand right now, while they bleed to death we go to the healing outposts. Those Konoha bastards are pathetic!"

"Excess of pride is not good at all. We're not geniuses nor are we experts of war, we're just using tactics against a newly formed village who doesn't specially use them. They lack of what we have, organization and unity. We advance as a united army, they advance as separate clans." the young woman did not hesitate to tell her opinion.

"Always here to spoil the mood, aren't you, Mitsuri. What are you doing here anyways? Shouldn't you be healing the wounded?" Mitsuri took a piece of bread and stood up.

"You're right big guy, I'll have to go now. Thanks for the bread." Mitsuri took a big bite out of the bread and walked away. The others could only look at her walking away with their last bread in her hands.

Mitsuri was a tall and serious looking young woman, she was a medical-nin from the Sara clan. She was sent here to heal the wounded shinobi who couldn't be brought to the healing outposts for particular reasons.

She walked to Mū's tent and entered inside. She looked at him sharpening his blades, Mū turned his head towards her.

"It's not nice of you to enter without my permission. Are you Mitsuri Sara? The one who was supposed to come today from the healing outposts?" Mū sheathed his blades back and placed them against the chair he was sitting on.

"Lord Mū, I've been sent here to heal all the wounded who were unable to be brought to the healing outposts. Can I ask you how many they are?" Mū couldn't help but look at her both serious and elegant face.

"How many? Three hundred wounded are in the camp. Do you know how those dumbasses wounded themselves? They wounded themselves with their own booby traps. That's what I call being stupid." Mū sighed, he stood up and stretched a bit.

"Haha, it's surely because they're overly excited. You can't blame them, Lord Mū." Mū walked in front of Mitsuri, he tilted his head up and looked at her eyes.

"There's nothing exciting about killing and maybe getting killed. There's nothing exciting about laying down booby traps to kill others. We end lives, families and futures." Mitsuri wasn't ready for this sudden change of mood in Mū, she gulped down and nodded.

"Follow me." Mū motioned Mitsuri to follow him and left the tent. Together they walked through the camp, many of the shinobi saluted the passing Mū.

"Here, they're all waiting for you." Mitsuri entered inside. She saw three hundred wounded and bandaged men lying on the ground. When they saw her, glints of hope were in their eyes.

"Hehe, hello, I'm mitsuri! So, it's my first real solo job without the assistance of my sensei. Hopefully, I'll be able to help all of you. My favorite color is yellow. I love rice balls! apparently, it's also the favorite food of Lord Tsuchikage. I hope of one day meeting him. That's all, hehe." she looked at them with a large smile on her face.

"I think that you gave them a fatal blow with your unique introduction." Mū pointed his finger to the wounded, Mitsuri looked at them once more. They were spasming and drooling like crazy dogs on the verge of biting someone's face off.

In a panic she ran to those who were in this crazy dog state, Mū quietly left the tent. He had other things to take care off. It was a couple of days since the Sensing Battalion had not sent any kind of intel.

Mū looked up, he saw an eagle flying down. The eagle had a blue ribbon around its neck, it was a message from the Sensing Battalion.

Mū stopped walking and lifted his arm slightly up, the eagle flew down and landed on his arm. Mū took the piece of paper from the little wooden box on the eagle's back.

'The Amburame clan is progressing through the mushroom forests east of The Land of Grass. They passed through the net of guarding posts. Immediate action is required' Mū hurriedly walked to a particular area of the camp.

"Lord Kamizuru! The Amburame clan needs to be taken care off. I'll send three hundred more shinobi to support the clan." Daitan looked at the voice.

"I knew this day would come. It's time to show them who's insects are stronger! Ima put some bees up their asses!" Daitan stood up and made sign to the other Kamizuru to prepare.

"Little Mū, don't call me Lord. You're a strong and independent shinobi now. You need not show this much respect towards me, you're not dependent to my Kamizuru clan anymore." Daitan grabbed his armor and wore it.

"I will forever respect the clan and especially you, my savior Ishikawa's student. Please, Lord Kamizuru, come back victorious." Daitan gave a firm nod and took the paper out of Mū's hand.

The main camp was where they were right now. The great majority of the forces were residing here. There were also guarding posts where only one hundred shinobi were residing in each of them. Those guarding posts were set in strategic places where Konoha could attempt to cross or destroy to benefit them.

The Amburame had managed to avoid been spotted by the net of guarding posts but couldn't avoid being sensed by the Sensing Battalion. They didn't even know that there was a Sensing Battalion.

But now that they had been sensed and located. It was time for the bee-users of the Kamizuru clan to take care of them.
