246 245. Facing Blackbeards

After creating the 6 Red Yang Formation barrier, Jon decides to approaches the enemies. But before he can move, a Zetsu comes out of the ground to relay an information.

"What is it? I'm quite busy right now, so make it fast," says Jon.

The zetsu nods before saying, "A war breaks between Red Hair Pirates & Straw Hat Pirates."

Jon widens his eyes in surprise because he never thought that it would happen. He knows how much Luffy likes & respect Shanks, so this is very surprising.

"What happened?" asks Jon.

"Captain Straw Hat negotiated with Red Hair to release Barto Club and he even apologized. Red Hair Shanks agreed, however, he also stated his wish to get information about Laugh Tale's location that we've got from the Road Poneglyphs and Captain Straw Hat actually refused," says Zetsu.

"Obviously, we've gone through a lot for that information, so there's no way we'll give it to others. But, is that all?" asks Jon again.

"Basically, yes. Red Hair Shanks then proposed a war to decide everything. They will release Barto Club and even give all information they have about Laugh Tale's location if they lose. But if they win, Straw Hat Pirates need to give all the information of Laugh Tale that they've got. Red Hair Shanks also said that Captain Straw Hat's power is still incomplete, and it won't be enough to be the Pirate King," says Zetsu.

"Incomplete? It seems Red Hair knows a lot about Luffy's devil fruit power. Well, forget it. What did Luffy said about me? Did he give any order?" asks Jon.

"Actually, your crewmates plan to come here to help. They've also talked with Red Hair Pirates about this and they agreed to postpone the war," says Zetsu.

"No, tell them to stay there and do what they need to do. I can handle Blackbeard Pirates by myself. Besides, it will take days for them to arrive even with Sunny's fastest speed. This place is on another side of the world, after all," says Jon.

"Are you sure? They seem to be angry enough that you left to stop an Emperor crew by yourself," says Zetsu.

"Yeah, it doesn't matter, they can get as angry as they want. But I also want them to grow, and fighting an Emperor crew by themselves seems to be the best way," says Jon.

Jon realizes that his crewmates' growth is lower than him, even Luffy. It's not just because he is the most hardworking and effective in his training. But it's also because he kept taking strong opponents while hie crewmates often take weaker opponents, making their growth rates different.

Zetsu doesn't ask anything again and enters the ground once more. He relays the message to the Zetsu in Red Hair Pirates' base. Of course, the Straw Hats' reactions aren't good, but they also understand Jon's points.

Putting the growth rate & power aside, the time they'll need to reach Alabasta is very long. By the time the arrive on Alabasta, the war must've been finished already. They know Jon's power, but there is still a chance that he will lose against Blackbeard Pirates.

"What should we do, Luffy?" asks Usopp worriedly.

Luffy is thinking about it when Jane suddenly gives her thought. "May I say something? In my opinion, our best choice is to stay here just like what my brother said. If we go to Alabasta right now, that means we don't trust him. But he has trusted us to take care of the problem here. Also, don't forget that he isn't alone there, and we aren't alone too."

They all understand what Jane means by that. Jon isn't alone in Alabasta, he has many people who can help him. The same case also apply to them, they have The Straw Hat Grand Fleet that will help them in this war.

After thinking for a while, Luffy finally makes a decision. "Alright then, we will do it like that. We need to trust Jon just like how he trusts us."

Everyone agrees, but Zoro is still grumbling, "He could've just teleported with us. I also want to fight that Shiryu."

Nami sighs hearing that, "Sigh, you can fight Red Hair Pirates' Vice-Captain instead. He is a better opponent for you."

"Huh? Why is that?" asks Zoro curiously.

"People say that he is very smart, so maybe by defeating him, you will get some of his intelligence," says Nami.

Everyone laughs at it and Zoro is pissed, but he doesn't dare to do anything to Nami because he knows it will be useless and he'll get beaten up instead. So he just holds it in and save that anger for the war later.

Back on Alabasta, Jon has already appeared in front of the Blackbeard Pirates. He is sitting on a Wood Golem that has a Wood Dragon on its body that he made just now. Jon thought that it won't be cool if he just appears normally, so he comes out like this, and the giant golem jumped in when they showed up.

"Heh, that was 7/10, it's good but not that good because the spectators aren't amazed," says Jon while looking at the Blackbeard Pirates.

Instead of getting amazed by his entrance, they are looking at him menacingly. It seems they are angry at him for some reason.

"Why the scary faces?" asks Jon 'innocently'.

"Where are Doc Q & Stronger?" asks Teach.

Jon makes a face as if he has just remembers it, "Ah, them." Suddenly, that innocent expression turns into that of a devil as he smiles, "They are living their dreams now."

The Blackbeard Pirates are confused, but Jon doesn't even bother to explain. He has put Doc Q & Stronger in a strong genjutsu and he forced Doc Q to remove all the diseases he made. Right now, both Doc Q & Stronger don't even realize that they are inside Jon's genjutsu and they are living in their dream.

It's like a personal scale Mugen Tsukuyomi because it only affect one person or a few people. Jon can use it because of his Rinnegan, but he couldn't do it immediately. He needed to train his genjutsu a lot because it wasn't his field of expertise.

Anyway, this supee genjutsu can make him really undefeatable. That is if he can use it all the time because apparently, he can't. This genjutsu puts a lot of burden in his eyes and extensive usage can damage his eyes which will make him blind, like normal Mangekyo Sharingan.

That's why he will only use it when needed, like before. He needed Doc Q to do what he asked fast, so he used this genjutsu that he names Quasi-Mugen Tsukuyomi. He still has another genjutsu, the Tsukuyomi, but it will take too long to make Doc Q do what he asked, and the victims might die if he didn't work fast.

Blackbeard Pirates interpret Jon's words as he has killed the 2 of them. They don't feel saddened by it though, they just think that it will be harder now because they've lost their doctor. There's no camaradery in their crew, they just care about themselves and their own benefits.

"Well then, assholes, how about we start this for real now? I hope you've finished your important business before coming here. I don't want your spirits to haunt people because you have many unfinished businesses before your death, after all," says Jon as his black eyes turns into Rinnegan.

Jon smirks while looking down on Blackbeard Pirates and the enemies are getting ready to fight. The war of one man vs a whole Emperor crew will finally start now.
