After breakfast, they prepare to go to Marineford, except Jon. There's no way he can move with his condition. So he will wait in Amazon Lily, and Luffy ask the girls to look out for Jon.

"So, how did you plan to tell the other about our next step?"-Jon

"How will we do it, Rayleigh?"-Luffy

"So you didn't know the plan yet."-Jon have a sweatdrop

Rayleigh then take a marker and write something on Luffy's arm. It's a little similar to Ace's arm tattoo. Jon look at the words and understand immediately.

"Well, this is certainly a message that only we will know. But this will make a very big sensation around the world."-Jon

"That's the point, if we make it big, then it will become a headline, and everybody will know it."-Rayleigh

"Hmm, that's right, it will looks like Luffy pay his tribute to Ace and Shirohige. That bell plan also make it more dramatic. I don't know you're such a romantic person Rayleigh."-Jon

"Hahaha, that's why i have a wife."-Rayleigh

"You have a wife but still look for young girls right?"-Jon smirk

"Stop that, it's just Shakky's joke."-Rayleigh sweatdrop

"Alright alright. Hmm? Wait, if Luffy go alone to pay tribute, wouldn't it make it looks like he make a tribute for me too? .... Damn, they will think that i've died too. Bring me there, even if you have to carry me!"-Jon

"I haven't think of that, that's a possible theory. Jinbe, can you carry him?"-Rayleigh

"Yes, but i won't be able to fight."-Jinbe

"Don't worry about that."-Rayleigh

Finally they decide to bring Jon too, because the Straw Hats can mistake it as Jon has died if he didn't come. They put Jon on Jinbe's back and tied him like a log. Jon facing behind of Jinbe, so he can still breath easily.

Almost all of his body is covered by thick bandages. Only his face that is free from bandages, and he can't move freely because of that. But he can move his hands with much difficulty.

After that, they go with Kuja pirate ship to get out from the calm belt. They move toward Marineford, and when they're near, the four mens use small normal boat. It will be bad if Marine connect them with Kuja, because it will endanger the Maiden Island safety.

They row the boat and find a Marine ship. They hijacked it and tied all the marines on board. Rayleigh use his mysterious power to make the marines faint. Jon still curious of this power that Rayleigh wield. Because he know Rayleigh is not a devil fruit user, so it shouldn't be devil fruit. Jon didn't know that he has it too.

After all the marines faint, they tie them up and steer the ship to Marineford. Sometime later they arrived and the place is now under construction. They try to fix the place immediately after it almost break. There are many journalist too and it's really an ideal time.

They arrive in Marineford and shoot an empty canon. This attract the pers and they steer the ship to sail around the island. After a lap around the island, they want to dock, but the marines shoot their ship. Rayleigh can repel the canonballs easily, and Jinbe want to help to.

"Oi Jinbe, i'm on your back, don't think of diving underwater. You can fight on land, but diving is out of question."-Jon

"I know that, don't worry."-Jinbe

"Sigh, i guess i will help."-Jon

Jon make some handseals with much effort, and then a water dragon appear. He can use ninjutsu, but he can't maintain it for too long. So he immediately slam the dragon onto the canons that shooting at them.

"Ugh, damn, it hurts."-Jon

"Don't be reckless! You're still in a bad shape. Just stay silent there!"-Jinbe

Jon can only stay silent and let Rayleigh take care of the canons. Luffy is standing on the head figure, and it attracts a lot of attentions. The pers take pictures and the marines keep shooting at them. Then all the canons shoot at once and it destroy the ship.

Luffy stretch his hand and pull them to the coast. They run and fight the marines while making their way toward the base. While they fight, Jon is swinging on Jinbe's back. He feel bored, so he use his sharingan to put people under genjutsu.

Luffy leave, and the others hold the marines from chasing Luffy. Luffy go toward the big bell named Ox Bell, and climb it. Then he ring the bell continuosly for 16 times. It will bring sensation, because 16 is used at new year only. 8 for end and 8 for start, people will think Luffy want to announce the start of a new era.

After finish ringing the bell, Luffy get away from there. Luffy find a big crack and go there. He throw flower to the crack and take off his hat. He put the hat on his chest and showing the words on his arm so the pers can take a picture of it.

"3D2Y, crossing the 3D and add 2Y is a good method to give message. Our promise is in 3 days, now it become 2 years, it's a good code that only we will understand it."-Jon

"Will all your friends understand it?"-Jinbe

"Yeah, altough someone will have a very hard time. The others will need sometime and only a few will understand instantly."-Jon

"Who will have a very hard time?"-Jinbe

"Zoro, he will know that Luffy is trying to give message, but it's not like he will find the clue right away. He is, in a way, similar to Luffy in many aspect, especially memory & intelligent."-Jon

"Then, wouldn't it be worrying?"-Jinbe

"No, he will find out eventually."-Jon

After the pers take a lot of picture, Luffy leave and the other three also leave. Again, they want to hijacked a marine battleship, but the ships have been sailed away. So they use their plan B, Jinbe use his power to call a school of Whale Shark. They ride the whale shark and escape from Marineford immediately.

Without a doubt, this make a big sensation all around the world. Every newspaper headline is about their entrance to Marineford that is still under construction. The bell ring 16 times and Luffy's gesture of throwing flowers to the crack make people speculate many things.

The Straw Hats also receive the message and understand it. Just like Jon's prediction, Zoro is the one with most difficulty to find the message. But, they all are relieved knowing Luffy and Jon are still alive, even tough Jon didn't seem to be in a good shape.

Now, they will train for 2 years, and grow stronger. So that when they meet again, they will be strong enough to not run away from anyone again. They know the New World will be more trecherous than before, so they need to prepare themselves.

Jon & co are riding the whale shark, back to Kuja pirate's ship. They go back to Amazon Lily, but Jinbe decide to go back to his own crew, the Sun Pirate. So after putting Jon on his bed, Jinbe leave with the school of whale shark.

"Hey, did someone see my denden mushi?"-Jon

"No, the Heart Pirates that treat you didn't say anything about denden mushi."-Rayleigh

"Sigh, i guess i lost it. Well, at least i still have their numbers. Ah that's right, Rayleigh, where do you want to train Luffy?"-Jon

"It's in an island near Amazon Lily, Ruskaina. It have 48 seasons a year, and many wild beast. It's a very good place to train. You can join the training after you're cured, so you have to stay in Amazon Lily first."-Rayleigh

"Altough it's good to be trained by a legend like you, but i can't. I'm tired of training in a forest without people. What i need right now is combat experience with people."-Jon

"Hmm, if you have trained like this before, then indeed it will be better if you train with people. You are a ninja, so you need to train around people to polish your skills. Ninja is not trained to fight animals afterall. Alright then, but where will you train?"-Rayleigh

"I have a place in mind already, so can i borrow a denden mushi?"-Jon

The Kuja pirates lend a denden mushi to Jon. He take a paper with numbers on it, and he dial the number.

*purupurupuru* *kacha*

"Hello?"-Koala

"Koala, it's me, Jon."-Jon

"Ah, Jon-kun, you really make a big sensation, well your captain did. I can't believe you guys go back to that place. We got-"-Koala

"Wait wait wait, let's talk about it later, i have more important things to talk. Can i talk to him?"-Jon

"Wait, i will secure the line."-Koala

Sometime later, the line is secured and Dragon pick up the call.

"What's up kid?"-Dragon

"Can you train me?"-Jon

"What is it so suddenly?"Dragon

"You read the newspaper about Luffy today right? We will rest for 2 years and train at that time. Rayleigh offer to train me, but i can't train in a forest again. What i need right now is more experience. Fighting humans, infiltration, information gathering and every thing that a ninja need to do. But i also need to grow stronger in power."-Jon

"So the best place is in here, right? I can train you, but you also need to help our operations. How about it, kid?"-Dragon

"That's excactly what i want to hear."-Jon

Then Dragon tell Jon that he will send a ship to pick him up tomorrow. But they can't sail on calm belt, so the Kuja pirates will help Jon to leave the calm belt first. Rayleigh decide to start the training after Jon leave, because Luffy insist he want to see Jon leave first.

The next day, they leave at the agreed time to meet the revolutionary. Rayleigh and Luffy also follow Jon on the ship. They arrive outside the calm belt after an hour, and then shot a flare as signal. Then after sometime, a ship with merchant attribute come and Jon confirm they're from revolutionary.

The guys of the revolutionary seem to be enchanted by Kuja pirates, especially Hancock. Jon know Hancock is pretty, but he didn't feel that enchanted by her. His eyes are only for Vivi afterall, since he met Vivi, he never see other women as beautiful as her again.

"Aphelandra, i have a gift for you."-Jon

"What is it?"-Aphelandra

"It's my thanks for helping me eating and doing many things for these 2 days. This is a unique metal known as chakra metal, it's stronger than any steel. I never find a stronger metal than this except seastones. You can make it into sword or anything you want."-Jon

"Really?"-Aphelandra

She look at Hancock first, and after she got permission, she take it from Jon. Jon is very gratefull to her for helping him doing anything that he can't for these 2 days. Mainly eating, his hands always felt hurt when he try to eat, so Aphelandra feed him for 2 days. If Sanji know this, he will cough up a lot of blood and curse Jon.

But Jon also didn't forget that Kuja pirates have helped him and Luffy a lot, so he give some more chakra metals for them. They can mix it with other metal later, but he give Aphelandra enough metal to make her sword. He see that she always bring sword, so he know she is a sword user.

"Then Luffy, Rayleigh, girls, we will meet again in 2 years time, take care of yourself."-Jon

"You too Jon, see you in 2 years."-Luffy

"Rayleigh, please teach Luffy about norm and etiquettes too. He can't show off his 'little man' to people, especially girls so casually."-Jon

"Ye-yeah, leave it to me."-Rayleigh sweatdrop, while Luffy and the girls are confused.

After saying his farewell to Luffy, Rayleigh and Kuja pirates, Jon go to the Revolutionary ship and they left. He will not meet his friends for 2 years, and they will be a lot stronger when they meet again.
