25 "GIVING YOU A CLEAR VIEW OF YOUR SURROUNDING"

Early next day Jennifer took Mary to a graveyard which was located in the suburbs of Paris. She had to lie about burying Felix in the suburbs, as she did not want Mary to visit that house ever again.

Mary was silently crying near a grave which was of some other person, a member of the Black Panther group. Jennifer felt guilty for lying and had no other choice but to make the grave look like that of Felix.

"Let's go back home mother. I have to go to the University later." Jennifer dropped her mother and went to that haunted house along with Jason and Zavier.

"Why did you call us Jennifer?" Zavier had just woken up and had to straightaway report in the haunted house. Dark circles were clearly visible on his eyes. He had been remembering the structure of the bomb till the wee hours and had just slept for 2 hours that was when he got a call from Jennifer asking him to come at the haunted house. Deprived of his sleep Zavier was sulking and seemed irritated with Jennifer for disturbing his beauty sleep.

'Splash'

Jennifer mercilessly splashed cold water on his face.

"Ahhh! what are you doing Jennifer?" Zavier shouted on top of his lungs.

"Giving you a clear view of your surrounding."

"Ah, what do you mean?" Zavier was confused by her words. Jennifer ignored him and went to the second floor which George had mentioned.

"What happened Jen? Is there a problem?"

"Yes, it is clearly not as we see Jason. There is something that Felix was hiding or to say that he was trying to protect someone."

"But the man died Jen. What are we suppose to do now? We don't have any source of information nor any clues?"

"We will surely find something here. Later on we will go to Felix's place. I think we will find something there." She then turned to Zavier who was still frowning due to lack of sleep.

"Have you brought the things I asked for Zavier?"

"Yes, I have brought everything that you had asked me to bring."

"Good, now help me do some tests."

Jennifer went in the room where Felix had died. She squatted down, put some transparent liquid on the blood which had already dried sometime ago. She took a handkerchief from her pocket and wiped the blood of the floor.

"We have Felix's blood in our laboratory right?"

"Yes" replied Zavier.

In a villa,

"Have you searched for what I told you to?"

"Yes sir." Travis passed few papers to Emmett who was sitting on the sofa reading a newspaper.

Emmett flipped through the pages and narrowed his eyes. It was as he had expected, the girl was not at all simple.

"What is her motive?" Emmett stared at the information which his assistant had given him.

"Leo just called me to inform you that Nolan has returned today. He wants to meet you, should I call him here Jen?"

"Yes."

After about an hour a man stepped out from an Audi. His hair were pushed back and he wore a mesmerising smile on his face.

"Darling Jennifer, how are you doing?" The man winked at Jennifer.
