The Escape

"We are getting out of here" Naota says to Von as he looks at the door behind him.

"How do you expect us to escape from my father?" Von asks Naota. Naota smiles. "Don't worry, everything will be fine." Naota says with a smile.

Outside the city lord's castle, Golden City,

Tia begins to set her traps. "What are you doing Tia?" Livonia asks Tia. "Setting traps for when Naota decides to make his way out of this place." Tia says. "Huh? What do you mean by that?" Charter seems to be confused as ever.

"WE ARE BREAKING THROUGH!!!!!" Naota says as he grins and breaks through one side of the walls of the castle holding Von in his right hand.

"WHAT THE ACTUAL FUCK IS THIS GUY UPTO?!!!!!" Charter screams out. "I have no idea but it seems he has the princess with him and the soldiers are following him..." Livonia realises something. "RUN!" Livonia says and begins to run.

Tia and Charter begin to run towards the city gate.

"WHAT THE HECK HAVE YOU GOTTEN ME INTO LIVONIA?!!!" Charter screama outloud as Naota catches up with Livonia, Tia and Charter.

"Stop!" Naota says as everyone stops.

"What's the mattet Naota?" Tia asks Naota.

Naota looks at the city lord in front of him with the members from other guilds and behind him are the soldiers of the castle.

"I told you, escape is impossible..." Von says to Naota. Naota smiles. "Tia do it!" Naota says with a grin.

Tia presses a button and smoke begins to gather around Naota and the others. "Huh? Huh? Huh? What's happening?!" Charter seems to be even more confused as he keeps on looking around.

"Remember the Takaki Naota the city lord of Golden City for the next time I meet you will be the end for you." Naota says to the city lord with a cold death stare right into the city lord's eyes.

The smoke disappears and so do Naota and the others.

"Tsch! Takaki Naota...Find out about him and right now! I will never let him get away from what he has done today." The city lord seems to be angry.

In the forest that leads to Bluemoon,

"See we are out of that place." Naota gives Von a smile.

"Good thing that the place is not well protected or else it would have been a trouble." Tia says as she takes a breathe.

"All of that is alright. But why was this girl tortured? Her body wounds don't seem to be normal..." Livonia says.

"I don't know myself, I just know that she was held like a captive and thats why I saved her." Naota says.

"Boo boo! We got a hero who saved a girl and got himself into a huge trouble. Such a typical story." Charter mocks Naota.

(What is actually wrong with this guy?)

"The reason why my father needs me is because I have an unique ability..." Von says as she holds her right arm.

"What unique ability and why don't we know about it?" Tia asks Von.

"I can produce gold at the cost of losing my blood." Von says.

Everyone's eyes widen.

(Now I understand why that old man wanted her so badly...Actually, he didn't want her...He wanted her blood...Tsch! This is bad, he will come for her then and definitely and when he will come for her...)

Naota pats Von's head.

(I will be sure to protect her)

"Everything will be alright because now you will be travelling with me." The warm words from Naota brought a smile on Von's face. "Thank you, Naota..."
