The search for the soul

A bored god one day decides to create an evil being that could destroy the whole universe on his own, with his power to create anything from his imagination. The evil being brings the whole universe on the verge of destruction and many planets and stars were destroyed in the process. with the humans with very less power compared to other organisms, they were the weakest in the war with the evil being. However, the humans were still one of the smartest and the since the other gods couldn’t intervene in this war because of the laws of the heaven and earth they decided to choose humans from different times to give them power to fight the evil being.
