Ava Altair grew up reading fantasy and science fiction novels. She graduated from Florida Tech with a BS in Science Education – Physics and a minor in Computational Mathematics. She taught as an AP Physics teacher for five years in Florida. She now lives in Oregon, teaching horseback riding lessons and managing the stables with her mom. She enjoys hanging out and talking about science concepts and story ideas with her dad. What it is to be human doesn't apply anymore. The surface of the Earth has been poisoned by years of abuse and now most life lives beneath the waves of the ocean. Over the last 500 years, humans have become fragmented and specialized by genetic manipulation, but two main factions exist in the Undersea. The hybrids, a race that continues to genetically modify themselves to climb the social ladder, and the humans, the unmodified organic race that makes up the lowest tier of society. Alex, a Delta Six hybrid, finds an unlikely companion in a human man, Jack, while on a mission to steal the Athena file. Alex withholds the file to elicit help from Jack and they set out on an adventure across the Surface. Their relationship is tenuous until a device mysteriously links them together. Now, running from Alphas, an elite group of hybrid assassins, Alex and Jack must weather the hostile surface of the planet to reach their common goal. They soon find they can't both have the thing they want most, but also can't seem to let each other go.

How To Train Your Trash Bastard

Nathaniel Drim has lived a fairly normal life in his 19 years of being alive, sure he wasn’t the nicest person, or the softest, and he was a lazy asshole.. but he didn’t deserve to be murdered in cold blood! Maybe he deserved it in a small kind of way, but still, he wasn’t that kind of guy! Honest! He truly just wanted to live his days in peace and just lay in bed all day, he didn’t deserve such harsh treatment! And maybe there were a few people who wouldn’t shy away from killing him, like his sister, or his ex girlfriend who he might of dumped over text, sure he hasn’t made the best choices but he still isn’t that bad of a guy! And you must be bullshitting him if you told him he’d wake up in a novel, of course he’s in a fucking novel now, and of course it’s the series that he blew his money on to reread countless time, and it’s just such bullshit that he couldn’t even possess a cool character, no he was just himself, his weak frail body that could be torn the shreds if the slightest wind knocked him over on a sunny day, God he knows he’d daydreamed about being in this world before but he didn’t mean it fucking literally, and it’s not like those other cliché and cheesy novels he’s read before, he’s not some overpowered character with a lot of money so he can live peacefully in this forsaken fuckin’ world, He didn’t even want to think about the Annoying hero of the story, seriously most of those characters were so damn annoying he was almost motivated to get out of bed, the only characters that kept him going were the Villain and his “army” which were really just a handful of loyal partners, The villain was honestly his favorite character and only few other readers agreed with him, literally he was the smartest character in the book, if only the plot armor on the stupid protagonist hadn’t let him be defeated at the end, sometimes the hero’s need to fucking lose come on guys. And the villain had every right to be upset when the hero made fun of his name like he didn’t ask for his name, and he personally enjoyed the villain enthusiast fan fiction, they were all really cool, and even the author of the novel had expressed that the villain originated liked his name until the hero and his squad of hoes that were on his dick 24/7 mocked him for it, Seriously Nathaniel fully supported the villain, but holy shit did he expect to be in the same WORLD as him. --------------------------------- The cover does not belong to me, if the artists somehow come across this and want me to change it I will gladly do so.
