Chapter 4

The sound of an airplane landing on the ground gratified me. I go back to States and memories of the past came racing. It's freaky nostalgic, I go home and Melisa she's old now, I think she's 50 years old? When we left the states, Melisa decided to stay here and took good care of our mansion. When she saw me, her expression obviously stunned and I chuckled at her reaction. She walked towards me and I hugged her. After the hugged she examined my face, holding my face and she smiled.

She's happy to see you, idiot.

I smiled back at her.

"You're a Man now Kiaried." She said. I nodded.

"And you're now a granny Melisa," I said to her she chuckled.

"That's life, you'll get there soon." She said removing her hands from my face.

"I'm still handsome right?" I asked her. Though I was just joking.

"Yes, kiari. You're gorgeously handsome." She said and I smile.

I enrolled at my new school here in the states. I'm still a college student and have my degree.

I put my gun under my pillow and tried to sleep. But the hell at it's finest, I can't sleep.

I walked around my condo while drinking my coffee. I sit on the terrace and enjoyed the serene night. I chose the 55th floor of the hotel where I can see all the city lights and observed the people. Living their life depends on the money they have.

The cold breeze of December hit my bare skin making me shivered sheepishly. I walked inside the room and grabbed my wardrobe hanging on the bathroom wall.

And go back to the terrace and drink my coffee.

I miss them so damn much.

I closed my eyes and feel the scenarios and the cold breeze. Silently wishing upon a star.

I wish I could play bridge with Kairo my twins.

I opened my eyes and changed my clothes. Get my cap and gun slipped it on my waistband and stormed out the condo. I get in the car started the ignition. And drove slowly in the middle of the night.

After half hour of driving. Finally, I'm back to the place once I called home and filled with good memories and worst memories.

I got inside the house and memories of the crime scene came flooding my mind and sadness filling me in. Sometimes I want to be numb from all of the pain, that this world had caused me. What did I done wrong why you're punishing me like this, huh?

I remembered my Mom's face crying her heart out. Tell me to ran and save myself from men in black. I remember my Dad's face begging the men to let go of my mom and kairo. I remember Kairo dolorously crying and dreaded.

The pain of the past still fresh and it never lessens even, it's been a year.

I laughed at my own thoughts.

I walked out of that house and get in the car, start the ignition, and raced to heaven. And played the music on. Next destination my home, Mansion. I missed it.

When I got there I pulled my car in and get off and shutting the door. I entered the mansion. I miss Dad and Melisa. Melisa always took good care of me like I'm here son, but Cris killed her. Cris knows I'm taking the debt back in a dirty way and he started to kill everyone that closed to me.

Don't worry melisa, There's always justice in everyone. What Cris has done to you will happen to him as well, And I promise. It's doubled from the pain had he cause you. And I promised I'll take good care of Selina.

And Dad died because of his private jet crashed. He was framed up, Minosa, put the bomb on his jet. And He didn't survive. All his empire was named on me, all the assets he had. And now it's under my control. I manipulate big empire all by myself.

I go upstairs and straight to my room. I opened my drawer to saw something that I actually don't know. I saw a slovenly old letter from Melisa. I opened the letter

Melisa left alone in the mansion. When she heard the door knocked, she walked over it and looked through the door peephole and she saw Cris.

She doesn't have any idea who Cris was, so she approached him wholeheartedly. She asked if she's Kiari's friend but Cris go berserk and choked her to death but Melisa managed to run away. She hit Cris on the head using the baseball bat behind the door. She traveled upstairs and hide at Kiari's room. The mere thought that she will be going die that night frightened her. She locked the room and searched the room for blanked paper and pen. With a trembling hand, she still managed to write.

Cris was the devil. Don't trust him as your friends okay? He's a psychopath just stay away from him. I don't think you're safe with him around. I don't know if this is my last day, in this world but if ever it is, Please do me a favor. My daughter Selina I left her alone in our small home town, please save her. Maybe Cris will kill her too. Please Kiari I'm begging you, tell her, I love her and I love you too kiari. You two will always be in my heart.

Melisa-

Melisa folds the letter and hides in on Kiari's drawer. She picked kiari baseball bat and slowly opened the door but she was startled and panicked when she saw Cris, Aiming a gun on his belly. The deafening sound of gun when Cris pulled the trigger boomed around the house. Melisa nearly lifeless lying on the floor holding her wounds. But Cris was not yet contented, she came close to Melisa and shot her forehead.

And ran away leave the house immediately. Leaving melisa lifeless and full of blood.

Kiari got home and go up straight into his room and stunned to saw Melisa lifeless and bloody. Tears fell down running on his cheeks.

The police officer came and investigate the crime scene though kiari didn't believe in them, but he need to go with the flow.

The police failed to find out the killer and the investigation had been closed. Freaking useless. Kiari was furious he investigated the crime that happened to melisa and find out that was Cris.

Shit, the demons denied everything. And the timing was right, he's my next target and finally, I could make him pay for Melisa and after that, I'll find her daughter Selina. I'm out of my room bringing the letter with me. Behind the letter was Melisa's town address.

I drove my way back to my condo change my clothes and call my men to bring Cris to hell. I took 3 shots of heavy liquor and slipped my gun into my waistband.

I won't let this slide idiot.

And down to the parking lot. I had a bad feeling someone watched over me. I placed my hand on my waist like it was a natural gesture when I was lazy to move, so they won't notice the gun I'm carrying with me.

I opened the car door I was about to get in but, I heard someone clapping the sound was getting closer.

The demons are everywhere. Lurking around and now, they showed up.

"Whooooo Kiari the Man yow!" Travis said Andy's best friend and inhaling some air and clapping in front of his mouth that causes a loud sound. Travis's presence annoyed me.

He comes near me with his new chicks.

"Hi, kiari" The slutty looks chicks greeted me.

I know my limit of coldness, I approached everyone limited only, enough to turn the greeting with nodd. And I gave them blank and emotionless expression. My phones beep and it alarmed me, enough to know that my men do their job, they already caught Cris. And I'm late for my mission because of demons crash at my place. I hurriedly get in the car I heard him calling my name but I didn't mind unimportant person right now maybe I'll give him attention when I find Selina. I started the engined and drove away, leaving them confused.

I speed up and chased satan to hell ends. I didn't buy a license, I made a license for myself and secured my life insurance. I love my life before and now was a vice versa. I threatened the authority to made my license legal and legit.

I sighed, The traffic is bad luck for me it delayed my mission. To blow off Cris's head excite me. But this traffic is freaking furious me,

I grabbed my phone from the plugged and the music went off. I immediately call Brex my flunkey childhood friend.

I called him to Bring me my motorbike. And he said yes.

Hey idiot he would really say yes, 'cause he doesn't have a choice or otherwise, his head will be blown off.

I smirked at my mere thought. Brex is my most trusted servant he's my dad's driver son. We knew each other since the day, Dad Saynel adopted me.

I trained him to drive a vehicle like it's a competition. Without half-hour he's already here, I get out of the car and hurriedly transferred to the motorbike, and put my helmet in, whilst Brex took over my Ferrari.

I speed up and tracing the free roads despite traffic. After an hour of driving to hell, I arrived at my destination. I saw my men guarding the house. I get down from my motor and quickly walked through the warehouse.

As I get inside I saw Cris dozen off with bruise, cuts, and black eyes. I like my men now I have to finish what had they started, I slung my leather on my shoulder. Grabbed my gun and hit his face to wake him up. Cool alarmed for him, right?

He startled and grimaced in pain. Massaging his jaw, I smirked and looked at him beyond my usual looked. He looks at me the same and again, I gave him a bonus for copying me. Five bonus that hit his stomach made him puked.

Stupid disgusting idiot.

"You will pay for this kiari," he said. Deeply and cold.

"And you'll pay for what you dead to Melisa. And to my family." I said furious and emotionless.

"Hahaha if you'll kill me now you won't be able to see Selina." I stunned at what I heard.

"You Idiot what did you do to her?!" I asked him as angered taken over me and lose of control.

I punched him, Until his nose bleed. But moron, Baron stopped me.

I gave him a cold looked.

"Master calmed down. If you killed him. We can't find her." He said with furrowed eyebrowed and pulling Cris's hair. He's right.

I grabbed the collar of his tuxedo.

"Where is she?!" I shouted at him and he laughed. I already told Baron about Selina and ordered my men to find her. But this idiot knows that I'm looking for her someone told him. There's a spy in our group.

If I will find out who is he, I will cut his neck.

One of my men that guarding outside came rushing. And Cris snickered.

I looked at my Men, I raised my brow at him. Signaled to tell me.

"Cris Mens was outside! aiming a gun and bomb here Master!" He said with a loud cold voice at the same time panicking.

"Shit!" I said and looked at Cris who playfully smiling, stupid idiot I didn't see this coming. I changed my mind if I found out who is the spy I will chop his whole body.

"Give me back Silena and I'll let you go," I said with my casual tone.

"HAHAHA! Stupid you Kiari!" He said and laughed. Not minding the blood that keeps scrolling on his ugly face."You really have to let me go or else your head and your pet's head will be blown off." He said seriously dead.

Baron immediately peeped outside and he shook his head. That men are now holding my men and anytime their head will be blown off, and their drops of blood will flood this small abandoned house.
