the bullied days

namjoon joined him after a few seconds and started swinging next to seo with hoseok following shortly after.

the four were having fun talking with each other. seo loved this. when seo was young he was bullied and no one really cared about him. it was a normal everyday occurrence. but when he grew up seo met people who cared about him, like his brother and namjoon, his cousin and the jimin boy.

seo remembered when he came to live with hoseok. he was living in a small apartment in a small town. he had been living by himself ever since. everyone always made fun of him for being different and never really tried to help him. it was almost a year ago that seo moved into a small house where namjoon lived with hoseok. it only took a week of moving in but it felt like forever.

"seobie! stop swinging!" namjoon yelled and pushed seo's arm lightly causing seob to fall off of the swing and onto the grass below. seob looked up and saw namjoon running towards him with hoseok behind him, giggling.

seob watched as they both kneeled beside him. they helped him sit up and gave him a big grin on their faces. seob returned the smile but frowned slightly when he saw that his eyes began to water. seob quickly wiped his tears away and looked towards the other two boys.

"we should go, it's getting dark soon. let's go," seob said softly and stood up brushing off the dirt and grass from his clothes. hoseok and namjoon nodded and walked slowly beside him as they made their way back home.

once the three got inside seob immediately ran up the stairs and into his room. his mother was cooking dinner in the kitchen when she heard him slam the door shut.

he fell down to the floor and hugged his knees to his chest. the first thing he thought about was how unfair life could be sometimes. how much pain he was in. how little care he received. the second thing he thought about was how angry his mum would get when she found him crying. she would probably yell at him and call him stupid and selfish. he knew he shouldn't cry. he was a grown man and yet his tears kept falling. his mom always made sure to wipe his tears away before he woke up but she was never there when he cried anymore.

seob heard the front door open and close again. his mom came upstairs with a sigh.
