Chapter 22: Chewed up

He looked at her, confused, playing natural, "What are yo-"

"Cut the bull*&$£, you took it didn't you?"

He looked away, he denied it by saying, "What are you talking about? I don't know anything." He went over that sentence in his head and that made him realise that it looked like he was guilty.

'Why?'

"I want that paper," she glared at him as if she was an animal, looking down at its preys last minutes. Kumas moved back and he thought about it for a second.

'Why does she want it? Heck, even I don't know where it is, that sucks.'

He shook his head, "I seriously don't know what you are talking about," he was against the wall, they call her a beauty but in Kumas's eyes, she was mentally harassing him.

'Not that it's anything new.'

He looked back into her eyes, she gave up and sighed, "You know it, because nobody else would have taken it, it only affects you, and it's a government official note," she slowly slapped her face in annoyance of losing it.

Kumas rolled his eyes.

'Government official my butt, they are going to take the only thing keeping my relatives alive.'

She looked at him, once again giving the same daring look. Kumas just gave a blank look.

'She really can't find it if I don't know where it is.'

She cursed then walked away, Kumas looked puzzled as he saw her butt before she turned the corner to the teacher's place.

'This school really is small, only one floor and two, technically three corner to turn to, maybe four, I think my head hurts.'

He entered back into the classroom, he saw the students looking at him, he sighed and sat down, the teacher didn't even acknowledge his presence.

The class flew by as Kumas listen to what she was saying, he though about the reason why she needed to take the paper back, also at the same time, flipping through a dictionary.

'Couldn't she file another one, I don't know anything anymore, right when…'

Another sigh erupted from his mouth, that turned into horror when he saw what was in the classroom.

'CINDY AND RAY, MAN THIS IS BAD!!!'

It rolled through his mind that the two were in his class, he was too busy flipping through the thick book.

'I still can't find the word command, why is it so hard?'

He just realised something important and blinked his eyes three times.

'I am not bothered, even with the hat…'

He looked around swiftly and looked for his hat, he had placed it on the wooden table, the fabric was old and had a hole in it.

'Who would want that? I mean, the uniform in the box is much better than mine as well.'

He looked at his own clothing and saw his shambolic clothes.

'They might actually break as well, man.'

He looked at the teacher as she was talking a dozed into her lecture. He though a few things but one thought was strong and stuck out from all.

'I should grab the clothes from the lost property.'
