Chapter 10: Memory Road

Kumas was still on the run, however he was grinning, it was bright, and he never would have thought that he would do it.

'Before, I would have been too scared to do it'

He had turned a corner and now they were passing houses, he didn't dare to turn his head if his identity would be found. However, he could not concentrate.

The houses he was passing had driveways, with either as sharp concrete landing for the car, or a beautiful lawn where you could roll around int. The houses were massive, four times the size of his house.

He looked at it and the grumbled to himself.

'Must be lucky to live there'

He let out air, then he did not notice his lungs were stating to burn up. He started coughing out loud, but he held in some so he didn't look tired.

He pushed himself to move but then a thought came to him.

He had passed this street and he remembers it vividly. There was a tree stump that had been cut down, he would notice it as he would either hide from the bullies or get beat up here.

'I am running from Billy…'

He saw a corner and turned immediately. He skids a bit, but that help his look behind and take a cheeky glance, nobody.

He stopped, looked for a hiding spot. It was behind some bins which smelled. Nobody would got there so it was perfect.

He cuddled himself in, the house that they were in front of had no car, only a brick landing with a nice white shine of a house.

'How would it feel to live here?'

He blinked, and whispered, "I already said that."

He looked a bit surprised and perplexed by what was happening. He had been invisible, so he pinched somebody, which they did not see, then he cowers in a corner, and they see that.

'What's the logic?'

He looked out, peeking from all areas, the cars parked on the side, also made a great cover. He shuddered. He saw a tall man, who looked serious.

'It's Ray, stay quiet me'

He breathed in slowly, trying to stay as quiet as possible. He waited patiently and though about the occurrence.

'I they pretended, then'

He shook his head.

'No, they wouldn't pretend, Cindy got her butt pinched'

He blinked a few times, then looked at his hand, dazzled by what he had done.

'I pinched her butt… Did I seriously do that?'

He looked around for Ray again, it was hard for him to see him as well, but he was not taking the risk of looking out of his cuddle hole. He just stayed still for the next ten minutes.
