Summer's POV

"What the fuck do you mean he got away?!" Brad yells into his phone, "I don't pay you for incompetence, FIND HIM!!" He slams his phone on the table with a loud bang. I jump back with a shriek, startled by the aggressive noise. Brad never was one to break anything, he would surely have that guy dead the next time he saw him.

"You can come out now," Brad smirks after a few moments of silence, turning his head in my direction. The knot on my stomach tightens at his malicious grin and I step out from where I was stationed.

"Hope you weren't too invested in that boy, he's soon to be dead." He smirks. "I should've killed him a long time ago." He says shaking his head. My heart aches, but I push the pain out of my mind. I believed we'd both be alright after we get out of this.

I had been here a week almost without a word of what happened to Bryson. After we were jumped, we got taken in separate cars and I haven't seen him since. I eavesdropped a couple of times on Brad's conversations but I couldn't find out where and what they did with him. Not knowing hurt me more than being captured by Brad. I've subjected him to my pain and I don't think I'll ever forgive myself for dragging him down with me in this mess. I know he'll say he doesn't care, but it'll be in my mind until I die.

I was kept in a place like I was before, a smaller house-like place, with locks on all the doors. I was allowed to roam free but I didn't want to be stared at like a piece of meat. Very seldom I'd race out to the bathroom or sneak out when I hear talking in the corridors.

Brad has this place on lockdown, only certain people in and out. He had someone stationed at every possible exit. I had no idea how I'd get out of this situation again. I knew they'd be wearier next time they took me somewhere and I doubt I'd get that lucky twice in a lifetime.

"He got away didn't he?" A small smile makes its way to my lips and his face goes hard. Standing up, he strides towards me angrily.

"You don't know shit!" He pins me against the wall. "I could easily kill both of you!"

"How's my favorite uncle?" A girl breaks his attention from me and I sigh in relief. That voice... It's so familiar.

"Chloe! Wasn't expecting you to show up!" My eyes snap up and my jaw drops at what I see. Brad hugs her and I'm frozen in place unable to come to terms with this situation.

"Oh, hello rommie, long time. How are you?" She smiles wickedly at me and my brain can't make sense of this yet. "I never intended for you to find out this way, but I've been helping my dear uncle with watching you. You didn't think you actually got away did you?"

"What?" I had never expected this to happen. I one hundred percent trusted Chloe before and now I'm torn. I spent so much time with her and she was Brad's confidant this whole time? It seemed so obvious now that I think of it, how they knew where I was and where to find me. But why did they kidnap her? I don't understand... "How could you be a part of something so horrible?"

"Easy answer. Money." She smiles wickedly, looking between Brad and me. "I could care less about you and the other girls. Your parents were so quick to move on were they not? Nobody gives a shit and there's a market for your kind."

"You're sick!" I lunge towards her but someone holds me back. I furiously try to get free but it's no use.

"Don't waste your energy." She steps closer to me. "You'll never win."

She smirks as I'm dragged off and I scream with everything I have left in me. My life was falling apart once again and this time it was far worse. My knees crash into the hard flooring and a door is loudly slammed shut behind me.

I get up and buckle over in intense pain. My abdomen felt like I was being stabbed repeatedly. I grip the wall and my stomach with my eyes shut as if that would help. My heart drops when I start to feel wetness climbing down my legs. Blood was pooling and didn't seem like it was going to stop any time soon...

"Please be okay.." I whisper down knowing it most likely wouldn't be.
