THE AWAKENED TEST, THE ROYAL RUMBLE BEGINS
The testing area monitoring room-
"What is the current status? Have we identified any potential talents?" A figure asked the people reponsible for monitoring the test.
"Every test divison seems to have multiple awakened who are hiding their power and many who are publicly showing it. Also, there seems to some irregular."
"What kind of irregulars?" The man asked.
"Well there seems to be a person who isn't an awakened but gained maximum marks in the strength test."
A video replayed. The man was interested.
"There is also someone who excelled in endurance test and someone in area 3 excelled in the reaction time test."
2 simultaneous video played on the screen , one of which was Jake's performance.
When the man saw Jake's activity, he seemed somewhat more interested than before.
The strength and endurance test performers were irregulars for sure, but Jake seemed a bit out of the place.
"Can you show me his performance in past videos?" The man said.
The monitor showed all of Jake's test videos and as the man browsed through them again and again , his smile grew larger and larger.
"I see. We have a powerful irregular here. I might have do some twerks to my initial evaluation. The test this time is sure to have a lot of surprises." The man said as he left the room.

After the test was over and some of the awakened showed their presence to take the last test, the people who had passed all the hurdles were finally gathered.
Out of the 100 people that took the test with Jake, half were eliminated.
"The first phase round has ended and we have managed to eliminate half of the test takers."
"We are happy to inform that the scouting teams of both government and private institutions will begin observing the competition from now on."
"The second phase is the royal rumble where 2 groups of people will be merged and every participant will be fighting against another participant until the top 10 remain.
As if now we have twenty groups and hence there will be 100 participants remaining for the thrid phase."
"We are hoping for you to showcase your full strength from now on, for the organization to get a clear grasp of your full strength."
" Every subsequent number are to be paired with each other to start the second round."

In the observation section, in one of the VIP rooms-
"May I come in sir?" The man from the observation room said.
"Yes."
When he entered, a single man was sitting in front of the huge window overviewing the competition. The man walked behind and stood there silently.
"What is the matter Rogers? To barge into my room with such hurry after you just notified me. Have you found something interesting?"
"I have, sir. Out of all the participants, I have managed to find three potential candidates who would best suited for our training camp."
"Are all three awakened really that good?" The man asked.
"Well, two of them are awakens who managed to gain their power naturally. They have incredible control over their skills, power levels and stats that could easily be ranked among the top rookie awakened." The man said.
"What about the last one?" The man asked.
"Well the last one is not a awakened, but rather an irregular." Rogers replied.
The man turned back to look at him.
"You actually have an eye out for irregulars. Is he really that good?" The man said with a skeptical tone.
"Well rather than describing it in words, why don't I show you?" Rogers played Jake's videos.
"He is intentionally holding his strength back so as to not draw attention. To have such a mentality is good for a hunter. Even size we don't have a good estimate of his true strength." The man said after getting surprised from Jake's results.
" I think he is far stronger than what he shows. The result would be finalized once we see this competition to the end. If he is a irregular and his power level are beyond what we estimate, we might have an unnatural on our hands. We have to get him on our side , no matter what." Rogers said.
"Fine " The man said as he signalled Rogers to leave the room.
It was finally Jake's turn to compete in the royal rumble. The man saw him and his group walking up the stage.
"Let us see what kind of surprises you bring me this time." The man said while looking at Jake.

Jake went on the stage that was occupied by 99 other contestants. It was finally time for the Royal Rumble to begin.
Jake assumed a position near one of the corners and wanted to draw this round out so that he could easily advance to the next stage.
"Combat Mission: Eliminate all adversaries.
The host has taken part in a competition that has many contestants. Win the round by defeating all the opponents.
Objective: Win the round. Eliminate atleast 30 competitors (0/30) ( minimum threshold)
Rewards: Strength +2, Mana+1, Agility +1"
"Are you kidding me?" Jake screamed out loud, attracting a lot of attention. He quickly got control over his mind and regretted shouting out loud.
The system was forcing him to fight even when he wanted to pass the competition without any clashes. Jake wanted to hit the system but after a couple of failed tries in the past, he understood that it wasn't helpful.
The judge came forward and started the competiton.
Jake rushed out from his position and attacked the nearest guy. The guy wanted to resist but Jake didn't give him a single chance to react.
The Intermidiate movement arts combined with Intermidiate boxing technique was more than enough to take care of the offensive.
15 minutes later-
20 people were lying on the ground, being bashed into defeat by Jake. The entire arena was looking at him as if they had seen a beast in action.
"10 more to go and I will have completed the mission." Jake said to himself. The next moment though, his eyes suddenly widened, as he ducked down, and the next moment , a pair of claws cut through the air above him.
Jake jumped forward and dodged the next attack while getting a view of the attacker this time.
It was a awakened with a energy manipulation skill of using claws.
"Nice." Jake said with a smile. The person in front was a awakened, but not stronger than the ones he had faced before.
...
"This beat is incredible." The man was looking at Jake with his mouth wide open out of excitement. One could see the saliva almost pouring out of his mouth.
"Let us see where your limit lies." The awakened attack Jake and the situation got serious.
