C16. Rescue

**Arthur's POV**

"This…" I looked at the large cobwebs and some of them had human appearances made me frown since I didn't expect to witness a disturbing view after my transmigration. I operated the HUD before I started to scan the whole floor and saw three signs live among the 10 cobwebs with 10 red dots indicating monsters within the room.

"Fia, Imani, and Alanna go free all trapped individuals inside the cobweb! I will clean the place with Haku." I immediately gave a quick command with my leadership skills his action became natural. Imani made a hand salute followed by Fia and Alanna. The trio took action and started rescuing all three individuals trapped inside the cobweb before they suck dry like the rest.

Following, my command the girls managed to rescue the three unconscious people from the cobweb. Among them is the girl I saw together with another reincarnator named Bella.

"Oki~! Dokey!" 

Meanwhile.

ROOAR!

I equipped the 'Hex Gun' one of the magical weapons crafted using alchemy and blacksmithing. The same Gun, I loot in the first day I transmigrate in the world of GOO. The Gun didn't use gunpowder rather it can be recharged with mana. I used the gun and started shooting all 10 giant spiders like an expert marksman!

"Haku!"

Haku jumped from my head and slapped one of the monsters.

BANG! BANG!

I shot two of the monsters before dodging the corrosive web spit by them while Haku in his super strength kicked his target's face. As a result, the spider became dust with his death ability. I looked at Haku's attack made my lips twitch and thanked my system for making me immune to such an attack.

'Wow! That is kinda unexpected.' I thought after all the conditions of learning new things were difficult, but the demand for me decreased by half. I remembered the condition to learn a magic skill is to master the foundation of GOO.

The good news, I can assign points freely with my FW and CG menu, unlike other NPC and players.

"FEEEE!"

"ROOOAAARR!"

I frowned after hearing the sound because I knew the big boss of the group of spiders was approaching. Haku slapped the nearby monster and raised his head from the sound while the girls were terrified. I looked at them giving them a nod before facing the incoming floor boss.

"Girls, don't worry about us. I and Haku will face the big one while the little creatures who survive will be under your care okay?"

"Oki~! Dokey!" – Fia 

"Imani~! Copy!" – Imani 

"Yes, master." – Alanna

RAAAAGH!

A 10 feet Spider appeared revealing its hideous face with multiple eyes glaring at them. Haku and I looked at each other before moving in a separate direction. Where I shot the spider's leg while Haku attacked the spider's abdomen leaving behind a black mark. The Giant Spider groaned in pain and wanted to chase them, but we distanced ourselves from the Spider.

BANG! BANG!

FEEEE!

"Come! Stupid beast…. What is the use of your 8 legs and 6 eyes without catching us?" I taunted the monster with Haku wiggling his back. As a result, the giant spider became enraged!

GRAAAAA!!!

I smirked after I saw the new notification before moving away. "COME!"

**3rd Person POV**

"Urgh…" The three people groaned as they slowly opened their eyes and found themselves inside the dungeon. They became pale after remembering being caught by the spider monsters and looked around only to see scotch of burned objects or destroyed eggs.

"Master! Imani did a good job They opened their eyes!" Imani the tiger-kin ran toward her master before hugging him. The trio is surprised and the girl among the three has a huge reaction since she still remembers the trio are the same people used as bait. She felt relieved to see them happy, but her eyes remained hostile to Arthur for exploiting the 'masterless' slave to form a contract with him.

"…" Arthur was speechless after he felt her hostile gaze. On the other hand, the duo was shocked to witness a human who treated his slaves like normal citizens. Also, they didn't expect to be rescued by a newbie adventurer and three freed slaves from the clutch of death. Arthur shrugged his shoulder and introduced himself to the trio.

"Hello! I'm Arthur, a new Adventurer and this is Haku my pet cat." He introduced himself and Haku waved his hands to the trio. He pointed to his three companions and introduced them to the newcomer.

"Fia(Wof-kin), Alanna(Rabbit-kin), and Imani(Tiger-kin)"

Fia and Imani waved their hands while they replenished their energy with a hug from him while Alanna bowed her head before clearing their loot. The trio introduced themselves while the girl looked at him with anger and he found her action somewhat strange. The fact she lives in a town where the place slaves are recognized and accepted by the law as merchandise, not citizens.

"Hello! Young Adventurer, You can call me Hermon Soju a Noble native from the Blackwater Town and a manufacturer who runs a magic scroll business." The handsome dude introduced himself followed by the man wearing a turban. "God Bless! Young one, I'm Neo a legal Slave Merchant, and if you wanted to have a new slave. I recommend my shop for we sell one of the best slaves."

"Oh! Hello." Arthur smiled with lips twitching since he felt Fia and Imani looking at him with their puppy eyes. Their companion on the other hand looked at him in disguise like she sees some human sh*t before she introduces herself.

"Zonna Lione, I'm a native noble from the Blackwater Town, I'm from the Viscount Main house of Leo. Can I ask you a question?"

"Yeah, Shoot."

"Are you a pervert?"
